Terrible customer services
Very fast delivery shame I wanted to collect. They need to change something so this problem i had doesn't happen
Ordered an item late Saturday found out they was only a mile away. Emailed them Sunday morning asked to cancel delivery of £7.50 I will collect it am in round the corner. Emailed me back Sunday sorry item has been packed. I am quite sure it could have been unpacked. Customer service is terrible. Not much chance of me going back. I will use eurocell in future who is there competitor. Lost a customer not a good way to run a business

We would just like to clarify that, while our website accepts orders 24/7, our customer service team does not operate 24/7 over weekends. Our team monitors emails twice a day on Saturdays and Sundays, so there can understandably be a delay in responding to requests.
Your order had already been processed and packed by the time your email was picked up by our customer service team. Unfortunately, at that stage, we were unable to stop the delivery and arrange collection instead.
We appreciate that, being located so close to us, collection would have been preferable in this instance, and we’re sorry that we were unable to accommodate your request.
We do value all customer feedback and will take your comments on board.

⁹Purchased a Cerberus door lock and some Yale window handles. The door lock was easy and straightforward to fit ( as euro cylinders are)to replace the old one. It appears to be good quality so hope it lasts as a good euro cylinder should. Also the Yale handles are smart and appear good quality. Excellent value for all products purchased. Delivery was 2 days.. excellent. Would definitely use TRULY PVC again without a doubt and also recommend them. Very pleased. I get the impression that the company strives to achieve high customer satisfaction and good luck to them and in my experience they're doing this.

Terrible aftersales service, stalling and sarcastic replies!
Customer could not use front door. Spring came loose on 3m old gearbox, sent photos. Would not send new one! Wanted video! (Had already removed part/locked door!). Told we needed to order new part (so did) & return faulty 3m old one for inspection. Asked for return QR. Stalling in every email. Still wanting video! Sarcastic replies. Gave up & showed Amazon messages, who refunded immediately, apologised for them & gave me a free months prime! Truly PVC = AWFUL AFTERSALES SERVICE, do NOT use

We are sorry that you were unhappy with your experience and appreciate that having an issue with your front door would have been frustrating.
However, we do feel it is important to clarify the circumstances for anyone reading this review. When you contacted us regarding the gearbox, we requested a video of the fault in addition to the photographs provided. This was requested so that we could properly assess the failure and determine the appropriate course of action.
We did not refuse to help or simply leave you without a solution. We advised that the replacement part needed to be ordered and that the original gearbox would need to be returned to us for inspection as part of the warranty process. We were also in communication with you regarding the return arrangements.
We are disappointed by the suggestion that we were deliberately "stalling" or unwilling to assist. That was not the case, and we were following our normal process for dealing with a warranty claim.
We are always willing to review genuine concerns and learn from customer feedback, but we believe it is important that the full circumstances are represented accurately.
We are sorry that you ultimately chose to resolve the matter through Amazon, and we regret that your experience with us did not meet your expectations.

Placed an order with 5 working day delivery which took 14 days,
Customer service told me 4 times it would arrive on 4 different dates as excuse after excuse, delayed the job which would have been completed in fine weather but ended up having to be done in bad weather due to the delay,
When it did finally turn up it was incomplete so had to wait a further day for the missing items,
Also the colour ordered was matt brown and half of it was gloss brown so had two finishes but luckly it was out of sight,
Terible customer service, the company which it came from explained that Trulypvc dont stock anything they just take advertise other companys products and give them the order to deliver it but they dont check that the company has what you have ordered in stock!!
Never ever use this company again and will deal direct with the company who actually supplies it and cut out truly pvc, they truly are truly terrible!!!!!

Bad experience
Ideally, I would like to leave zero because of my experience and my second attempt to receive damaged items but they still arriving damaged. I really want to upload photos to prove of what I’m talking about, but trustpilot not allowing me to. Customer service is terrible as I’ve sent email Monday and still not had answer.

We have arranged replacements, which are out for delivery today via DX courier. They were scanned onto the delivery vehicle near you this morning and are expected to arrive before 6pm.
We sincerely hope the replacements arrive safely and in perfect condition. We apologise again for the inconvenience and for the delay in responding to your Monday email.
Super rude customer service - misleading info and then demanded more money
Super rude customer service - I asked for help selecting a product, they recommended the wrong one, when it arrived, I asked for the right one to be provided and they said I'd have to pay shipping costs for the WRONG item that they recommended!! What the actual hell. Unsure where all the good reviews are from, but this cannot be real.

Awful experience.
What a joke of a company. Ordered several hundred pounds worth of lead for a specific time sensitive job because they were competitively priced and offering quick delivery. Still waiting 10 days later, the job still to do and the weather turned. A derisory part refund for the delivery charge doesn't anywhere near compensate me for the wasted time and hassle. I will never deal with this company again.

I need of a new letterbox
I need of a new letterbox , look online knowing which make I wanted ( so it fitted ) and came across Truly PVC not only stocking it but far cheaper that B&Q for the same one . Delivery very quick and fitted in 5 mins . Very impressive service
