I lost CP from my acc durring an update. i rote support about the issue.. They just keep on saying nothing is wrong i have havn't lost any points. i started the current pass with 1100 CP and now i have 800 in tier 58.. They keep saying no points are missing but they sure are. Worst costumer service ever.

After New Vanguard warzone update, we’ve experienced multiple fatal errors mid-game. Further more I had a looped scan-repair issue.
I haven’t received any CP from the battle pass and game crashes too often!
Activision you guys have too much memory leaks after the new update… please fix it asap!

Horrible, There has been unauthorized activity with my account, I worked for hours to reclaim my account, I emailed, and called for two months and not a single person responded to my request, how can a million dollar company not even help me secure my account in which I spent hundreds of dollars on their games and countless hours. I would say that their customer support is horrible to non existent

This website DOES NOT help you for ****** when it comes to support of games or anything. BECAUSE when you are play'n a game whaither it is on the PS3 or 4 or 5 or any other game! THEY only think : hey we got youre money LIKE playstation dat scams and mist tread there clients by the way! DOES not give a rats ass. Iff there are technical isu with the GAME or CONECTION on there side. SO ACTIVISION =>> VISION this 1 STAR because i just wanted to post this revieuw about you. BECAUSE i like many more mailed you a BILLION TRILLION times and you dont do **** and dont give a **** when the technical isuews on the conection or what ever !!

Like many others, I was also perma banned for absolutely no reason and when i asked for help with the false ban they denied my appeal instantly and told me they cannot do anything after the appeal is denied. I have tried every method of contacting support and they have none. Those messages that did get through to them, via a support ticket on their website under a different issue and via a Better Business Bureau complaint, were swiftly denied. This is a literal scam, i did no type of cheating or software manipulation at all and this wouldnt be an issue with any other product or company. Do Not Buy activision products!

Ich habe selten solche unprofessionellen Supporter erlebt.
Hatte, weil ich Cold War nicht spielen kann, Kontakt aufgenommen. Drei verschiedene Supporter die allesamt nur kurze und teilweise inhaltslose Antworten geben die mich vertrösten sollten.
Der Erste Supporter hat noch gemeint wie großartig Cold War doch sei sofern man es spielen kann. Da kam ich mir wirklich mehr als verarscht vor. Und zum Ende wurde ich nur mit "Unser Team hat herausgefunden das Ihr Symsten nicht den Anforderungen entspricht" abgespeist. Wäre vielleicht auch hilfreich gewesen zu erwähnen was genau daran nicht stimmt. Zumal weder ich noch zwei Bekannte von mir den Fehler erkennen können da, laut unserer Kenntnis, mein System mehr als ausreichend ist.
Naja. Bin sehr enttäuscht.

Jup. Absoluter drecksladen. Nur schon auf der Meldeseite. Die kannst du zwar ausfüllen, aber zum Abschicken kommt dann die Auswahl:

Mir wurde am Wochenende der Zugang zu MW & WZ gesperrt.
"Ihre Beschwerde wurde überprüft, und wir haben zusammen mit unserem Sicherheitsteam bestätigt, dass Ihr Konto dauerhaft gesperrt wurde, weil nicht autorisierte Software benutzt und Spieldaten manipuliert wurden." Das ist absurd!
Seit 2019 spiele ich diese Spiele unverändert auf meinem PC und habe in keiner Weise irgendwelche Verstöße begangen. Ein Grund wird mir auch nach mehrfachen Nachfragen nicht genannt, auch kann an der Sperre nichts mehr geändert werden.
Unmengen Spielzeit, die Anschaffungskosten für das Spiel und auch Ingame-Käufe sind somit für immer verloren.
Wie kann so etwas legal sein? Geht man so mit langjährigen, treuen und ehrlichen Kunden um?

Account got banned for no reason. Invested money on skins, even avoided their games for months because of the crazy amount of cheaters and now my account is gone.

Absolutely ridiculous I purchased battle pass on call of duty warzone which the charge went through on my card but I didn't get battle pass activated. I have been in contact with them for over 3 weeks now and nothing has been resolved. The customer support sucks and is the most appalling thing I have ever had to deal with in customer care. They have ripped off a few of my friends as well with about the same effect. The company sucks not worth buying from or you risk losing money.

Absolutely useless money scamming organisation. I have call of duty Cold War and loads of cheats on there. You report them but nothing is done. The servers half the time crash or aren’t capable of hosting with out connection errors and games are released to often perfecting none of them the accuracy and playability has gone drastically down hill with shots that miss but register as hits and vice versa. It’s obviously about the money and not the experience or creativity any more

Absolutely appalling company. My account for playing COD MW on my PS4 has been permanently banned stating I've been cheating. I've never cheated in all my years playing your games. Best thing about it, they won't even let me appeal it because their decision is final.

This douchebag company had my listing removed from an online sale site, because I had the nerve to buy officially lice products from them in attempt to sell them second hand. They claimed I had no right to sell my legally purchased items on the second hand market because the license with the original company had expired. These are items that I purchased legally and they got paid for already but they wanted to throw their weight around because they're a big company and I'm a small person who can't do anything about it and this is the scummiest worst way for a company to treat their customers ever they need to pull their heads out of their butts and learn how the law actually works

A complete embarrassment to Millennial workmanship. Warzone is an absolute disgrace of a game, so unrefined it’s unbelievable. It’s popular now, but won’t leave a lasting legacy, not like some proper games who had diligent and professional developers.

The worst service I could've ever imagine. If you don't need them: the game is good, everything is working fine. Then I was banned out of nothing, so I appealed to ban: they don't care what you say, just reply the same thing to everyone: "permanently banned for using unauthorized software". If this was true, they could've advised me to uninstall some software which could potentially lead to a ban, but nope, I'm left with questions (no idea which software could've been picked up by their anti cheat system), can not play the game anymore (new account won't work) and won't get my money back. Case closed for them, not for me. Can't imagine this even being legal..
