cheats and hackers in call of duty is spoiling the game you say you made changes to prevent hackers and cheats but this has not stopped them in fact it’s made it worse and them more determined to ruin the game i’ve noticed less people playing due to this reason activision need to sort this out i have also heard activision also allows cheats n hackers to spice the game up and not intrested in getting rid of hackers you can buy tools which you are advertising the tool cronus if thats the case then you obviously don’t have respect for proper game players

ich wende mich mit einer dringenden und ernsthaften Beschwerde an Sie.
Das von mir physisch gekaufte Spiel Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) ist auf meiner PlayStation nicht mehr installierbar, da die notwendigen Kampagnen‑Packs im PlayStation Store nicht mehr verfügbar sind. Dadurch ist die Kampagne komplett unspielbar.
Ich habe sämtliche Maßnahmen durchgeführt, die von Ihrer Seite empfohlen werden:
– Vollständige Neuinstallation
– Löschen und Neuinstallation von Warzone / CoD HQ
– Neuaufbau der PS4‑Datenbank
– Manuelle Add‑on‑Überprüfung (Kampagnen‑Packs fehlen komplett)
Das Ergebnis bleibt unverändert:
Ein von mir bezahltes Produkt wurde durch fehlerhafte Bereitstellung der Inhalte unbrauchbar gemacht.
Ich möchte ausdrücklich betonen, dass dieses Problem nicht durch mich verursacht wurde, sondern durch Änderungen an der Bereitstellung der Add‑ons bzw. durch die Integration in CoD HQ / Warzone.
Es ist für mich als Käufer absolut inakzeptabel, dass ein Spiel, das ich auf Disc besitze, aufgrund fehlender digitaler Inhalte nicht mehr spielbar ist.
Ich fordere daher eine sofortige Lösung oder eine klare Aussage, wie ich die Kampagne wieder installieren kann.
Sollte dieses Problem nicht zeitnah behoben werden, sehe ich mich gezwungen, weitere Schritte einzuleiten, da es nicht sein kann, dass ein bezahltes Produkt nachträglich funktionsunfähig wird.
Ich erwarte Ihre Rückmeldung.

Sind eure Programmier/Entwickler wirklich nicht in der Lage sich ein besseres Anti Cheat System einfallen zu lassen?? Ich bin ja nu wirklich nicht der einzige der Probleme damit hat....
I am extremely disappointed with support
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Activision Support regarding a 2FA SMS delivery issue that has left me locked out of my account.
The problem started when I stopped receiving SMS verification codes required to access my account. My phone number is valid, active, and has been in use for many years. I can receive calls and SMS messages from other services without any issue. However, Activision's authentication system simply does not deliver the verification codes to my number.
After contacting support, I spent several days exchanging messages and waiting for responses. At one point, I was only able to regain access by temporarily using a friend's phone number to receive the verification code. For a brief period, the issue appeared to be resolved and I was finally able to play again.
Unfortunately, after support performed changes on my account, the problem returned. The account once again required SMS verification, and I was again unable to receive any codes on my own phone number. As a result, I was locked out of my account for a second time.
What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that support repeatedly suggested waiting, resetting settings, or trying again later, yet more than 24 hours passed without any improvement. Despite clearly explaining that my phone number works normally and that the problem appears to be related to Activision's SMS delivery system, I have not received a definitive explanation or permanent solution.
As a paying customer, I find it unacceptable to lose access to my account because of a malfunctioning authentication system. Two-factor authentication is supposed to improve security, not prevent legitimate users from accessing accounts they own. When the security system itself becomes the barrier, there must be effective recovery procedures and timely support.
I understand that technical issues can occur, but the lack of a reliable resolution process has been the most disappointing aspect of this experience. Being forced to wait days for responses while remaining unable to access a service I legitimately own is not the level of support I expected from a company of Activision's size.
I hope Activision reviews both its SMS authentication infrastructure and its account recovery procedures, particularly for users outside major markets such as the United States. No player should be locked out of their account for days simply because verification messages are not being delivered.
My goal is not to receive special treatment; I simply want reliable access to my account and a support process capable of resolving authentication issues efficiently when they occur.

Me robaron la cuenta hace 2 años. He abierto varios casos y todos los cerraban sin siquiera ver las pruebas, y respondía un bot de forma automática o una "Persona" real que también respondía de forma automática
Envié a soporte recibos de compra de PSN, facturas, y fotos desde mi casa en dónde salía en pantalla mi cuenta, también otras fotos y demás.
Pruebas que solo el dueño real puede tener.
El soporte me cerró el caso 3 veces con el mismo mensaje automático: "el equipo de seguridad decidió".
Nunca mencionaron las pruebas, nunca pidieron más info, nunca hicieron preguntas de verificación.
Brayan, Miguel, Luis y otros más de Spec Ops ni leyeron el caso. Solo copian y pegan para sacarse a la gente de encima.

Worst customer service of all time. They were completely useless as I wasn't able to access my email and wouldn't try to help me change where I have full proof its my account and said I can still play their games yet their stupid policy of needing to verify the email to play the game which I can't do as I have no access to the email which I repeated multiple times to them. Waste of money to spend on.

Reinstalling doesn't help. They don't seem to care and have stopped answering my requests for help. Anything associated with XBox is a bit of a nightmare tbh but these people are up there with the worst. Useless.

En tenant compte qu'ils ont quand même sortie un 7 jeux sans résoudre des problèmes de niveau 1.
