Great Service

Extremely friendly but professional interaction on the phone. I could not arrange cover for the car online but the issue was sorted brilliantly over the phone and I received a better price

Fortunately have never needed to make a claim, but would not anticipate or expect anything other than an efficient resolution.

Process was quick

Process was quick, simple and exactly what i wanted to provide gap insurance for my brand new car. Was very easy to select type of gap insurance and excellent value for money. As with all insurances, I hope I never need to make a claim, so how they respond to a claim is, for me, untested.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service !

Just taken out gap insurance with this company.
Excellent service throughout. The adviser was so knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything in detail and very clearly. I would recommend them to anyone.

New Car GAP Insurance

Not easy to understand when buying GAP insurance for a new car. All I knew was that I had to have a ‘Return to Invoice’ policy. This is the 2nd one I have purchased but this time for a brand new car.
Must read the T&C’s before signing as my last one I lost out on after cancelling a 4 year cover after 14 months and only got £10 because of a massive commission to the service provider, non refundable

 This one was much clearer. 4 stars for now just in case.

‹Firstly, let me start by clarifying that Platinum Gap is in no way a “scam”. Across our insurance group we have written well in excess of 100,000 policies for UK customers across over 10 years of trading.

To respect your personal information, I will refrain from going in to many details however with regards to your policies I can see that one of our senior agents contacted you due to duplicate policies containing discrepancies which ultimately led to your policies being cancelled and a full refund being issued within 24 hours.
