Fantastic service
The team at Surf & Turf were so helpful in guiding me to refine and decide the design of my Banner. They also made sure that I received the banner in time for the event that I wanted it for. I could not have asked for more. I am so pleased.

This company really care...
Our company recently was exhibiting at the NEC for 9 days at the MCL show with our Zerofit brand. We arrived on the Wednesday to set up and unfortunately the backdrop for the lightbox was produced with the blackout backing so the light did not shine thru properly. We immediately contacted Laura and explained what had happened. Surf and Turf didn't argue and accepted an error had been made, they turned around replacements the next day and shipped them to us arriving Friday just in time for the start of our show on Saturday. Every company makes mistakes from time to time but its how they deal with them and sort them out that defines the good ones. We have used Surf and Turf for 2 years now, the quality of their product is superb and this service only just confirms we will not be going anywhere else for exhibition equipment.

Surf and Turf were amazing from start…
Surf and Turf were amazing from start to finish. I needed a sky banner for my stall with a very quick turnaround for a Christmas market, and as soon as I submitted the design their team produced the proof the same day. I’m receiving my banner along with the gazebo weights today! Thank you, Ben, for your assistance in making this happen. I can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing gazebo; fantastic customer service
With two days to go before what I hope will be a very busy Christmas market I discovered that festive mice had been snacking on my gazebo. Because it was - ahem - a cheaper one from a different company, no spare parts were available, so I decided that this was a sign from something omnipotent to invest in a better, sturdier, replacement. Market traders had told me before that this was the gold standard for durable, strong gazebos, so I took the plunge. The team were fantastic and arranged for expedited delivery and I've just taken delivery this morning - with a day to spare! This new gazebo is incredibly sturdy, well made, and is about a thousand times better than the old one. I purchased the water weights as well, and these appear brilliant. So thank you, Surf & Turf team, you've saved my festive bacon!

I recently received my order for…
I recently received my order for Canopro lite pop-up gazebo. Service has been great I’ve had a few emails back-and-forth discussing what was the right option once I confirmed exactly which one we required it was posted out and we received it the next day.
The following weekend we used it for our first pop-up find it very easy to set up and very impressed with the quality. The hexagonal legs mix structure strong, ideal for breezy days sending it up was quick and easy can be done with one person but ideally two if it is breezy even though this was the light version, it is still quite heavy but easy to transport as the storage bag has wheels.
All in all, I’m very pleased this product and the Service

I have used Surf&Turf Instant shelters for many years and in all weather conditions whist racing Motocross.
The custom printed gazebos allow us to promote our team and stand out at the races.

We’ve been using Surf N Turf for our event shelters and can’t recommend them highly enough. The quality of their instant shelters is outstanding — strong, durable, and easy to set up, perfect for all weather conditions.
The team in Warrington are a pleasure to deal with — friendly, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. Delivery was fast, communication was spot on, and the after-sales support is excellent.

7 day wait for 2-3 day dispatch!!
We ordered a gazebo for an event, date of event given to S&T ( event 7 days after placing order, with their 2-3 day turnover it should be on time) on phoning 6 days after order was placed and not received, I was told by Ben that it would be delivered the next day. The next day came & went and no gazebo! I phoned S&T to see where it was, only to be told it has just been despatched TODAY!!!
No good to me now, I needed it by tomorrow morning 6am!
Definitely NOT going to use them again and will notify NCASS of poor service.
Very poor customer service!

Purchased again 3 times this year (4gazebos +extra sheets )customers service has been good but the last purchase with in a couple of days ordering even before I received the 2 gazebo they offered 10% off across everything , but would not adjust my account or refund the 10% which would of amounted to a good few pounds so felt betrayed after being so loyal to them .

Hi Stephen, I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy. As a small, family run business, and along with all other retailers, we offer a small number of offers throughout the year. Sadly, your order did not qualify for this offer (as stated in our terms) due to the payment option you chose during the purchase. However, in order to honour the discount for you & go above & beyond, we did offer to rescind the payment option you had chosen, and process the order for you including the discount. This suggestion was sent to you via email by my colleague Laura, but we did not receive a response. While we understand this may not be the outcome you had hoped for, we are bound by these procedures in certain instances.

Canopro Elite roof canopy seems to last one summer use.
I Bought the Canopro Elite in June 2023, used it that summer. By June 2024, I had to buy a replacement Roof Canopy. Now I will have to buy a replacement roof canopy as the one I bought last year is now ripped, just like the one last year.
This item is not cheap and the delivery is another £25, So, it's reasonable to expect it to be of good quality (which it's clearly not).

While we always stand by the quality of our materials, accidental damage or improper handling can unfortunately lead to tearing. Our team would be more than happy to provide assistance and guidance on setup and storage options for your canopy to help prevent this in the future.

Fantastic quality product & customer service. Good value for money.
It's not often I feel I can give five stars for customer service that is above and beyond but Ben & The team at Surf & Turf made me feel valued and that changed to my bespoke shelter we’re not a problem as we worked through the design process. The Gazebo was viewed as a success by my customers who visited the show and it certainly stood out amoungst the other Gazebos in the immediate vacinity. Would highly recommend this company and the quality of their Robusta Custom Canopy.
