We recently ordered the Canopro Lite Complete Package along with matching branded items, including a shop front banner, freestanding flags, and a tablecloth, for our start up charity, Life of Riley.

We’re really pleased with everything. The quality is excellent, and the gazebo is simple to set up. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

The team was helpful and responsive throughout, and we truly appreciated the extra effort to get everything to us in time for our first event.

My old gazebo didn't fit in my van. I made a snap decision to buy the compact robusta on the Sunday but needed it by Tuesday. Despite me messaging at the weekend when they were closed, I had a response the same day and it was with me on Tuesday morning as promised! It fitted perfectly!! However, being a bear of very little brain (and quite a short bear at that), I struggled to put it up. I phoned the store and it soon became obvious that I'd missed the very first step in the instructions! I am now the dryest stall in a muddy field and couldnt be happier!

I cannot recommend Surf & Turf enough. From my initial enquiry, through to receiving the gazebo my experience has been fantastic. Excellent customer service and advice, and the product matches this! I purchased a gazebo for my Dads 70th birthday celebrations and am very pleased.

I urgently needed a skybanner as I received a last minute booking. Ben was very helpful and was able to get me one printed and delivered within a couple of days!!

Fast delivery and when I had to exchange an item it was accepted without any quibble. The exchanged item was dispatched immediately too.

Moved from existing supplier to Surf & Turf for a fully branded 3x3 gazebo. Impressed by communication which ensured the print artwork and end result was exactly as I needed. It is refreshing that you deal with actual people and not a call centre or 'cut and paste' responses to emails which makes all the difference. I will be back.

I am writing to express my appreciation and thanks to Surf & Turf, specifically Amanda, who organized the purchase and delivery of a 3x3 gazebo to rural Nth Ireland, all the while liaising with me in Brisbane Australia. Alternate payment options and designs were sorted, communication was frequent and detailed through the entire process even with the time difference. The gazebo arrived as ordered and is of outstanding quality.

was waiting for my gazebo over two months and for the weights nearly three months. Slow communication, no notification about delivering dates, no instructions for the gazebo. Not coming back.
