Just received our gazebo for our residents group. Over months of phone calls, everyone I spoke to was patient and very helpful, giving good advice when asked. The order was handled efficiently and the tracking was excellent. We have yet to use it but the quality looks very good.

Haven't even received our Gazebo yet but the service provided by the team more specifically Laura has been great from start to finish, sorting out quotes, prices, printing / artwork and everything inbetween, including a tight deadline

Its so easy to point out negative feedback and so quickly its only right those get the recognition when something goes great

I wanted a sturdy gazebo for market trading....whilst the frame does seem well constructed I am dismayed to realise that it is not possible to permanently attach the canopy to the frame?! It is attached using velcro strips that you have to detach in order for it to fold away. This seems both a poor design and a pain, especially if it is windy etc. I think it would be far better if the canopy is securely fixed to the frame as it is with other makes....too late now!

we needed a commercial gazebo in three days for an unexpected event - in lime green ... they sorted this for us in world record time, despite me initially ordering the wrong product on the website! i called, spoke to a lovely chap to re arranged the order for me. so nice , so professional, so kind!! im so so grateful to you surf and turf! 100% recommend!

Surf and Turf really helped me out of a tight spot this week. With a printing product not arriving, they stepped in and got my order ready in time for a trade show. Cant thank them enough. Plus there was a friendly helpful team at the end of the phone and not a recorded message. Will definitely use again.

Ordered 6x4 black and silver. Amazing quality, very thick material used and frames are very strong, with some great touches to improve quality and strength. We also had a banner made with company name on which looks fab.

Really excellent service throughout the design and commissioning process. Very quick delivery once finalised.

The quality of the gazebo is very high, with very robust construction from the frame, the material, the zips and the bags to move it around.

Excellent service, great quality gazebo and fast delivery, unfortunately a part was damaged in transit which is beyond control of the company, contacted customer service and new part was delivered within 48 hour's and very easy to change over. Highly recommended if you are after a top quality gazebo, all staff that I have had contact with have been so helpful and polite a credit to the company

I go every day for my breakfast and lunch the food and stuff is absolutely amazing. I really can’t believe the nasty comments against them The food is 100% and immaculate my friends and I use it every day and we don’t have a problem. Please keep up the good work.

The customer service I received from Amanda at Surf and Turf was brilliant. She was very helpful and efficient, answered all my questions and was excellent at keeping me informed and up to date at every stage. Once I had approved my design the turnaround was fast and I was very happy with the product I recieved.

The tables and branded table covers I ordered were of very good quality and will last a long time. I would buy again from Surf & Turf and I woudnt hesitate to recommend them.

The customer service I received from Amanda at Surf and Turf was second to none. Not only did expedite a delivery for me but she then chased the delivery agents to ensure that I received my gazebo within the time she'd promised.

When I subsequently ordered additional parts she was incredibly helpful and made sure that everything was shipped quickly. So friendly and efficient.

The gazebo itself will last a lifetime. It is of a super quality that will stand strong in the most trying of conditions. It has already proven itself on three very trying occasions. The only downside is that it is heavy but I have bought a foldable trolley which will allow me to transport it wherever. WOuld buy again from this company!

Best pop up gazebo I’ve bought. I have used for a few trade shows now and the ease of use and structural strength is by far superior to all other previous gazebos i have used. Speedy delivery and customer service was brilliant!

I have used Surf & Turf for many years. I trade at outside events 12 months of the year so I need quality stands. In my opinion these are the best on the market and over the years I have used most if not all. They have the best products and great service. I have had minor issues but they are always dealt with to my satisfaction. I would fully recommend.

I bought a shelter for a wildlife exhibition to help endangered animals, the help from the sales team was second to none and the design team did a fabulous job on making my gazebo stand out as I didn't really know what I wanted! I will absolutely be using these again maybe even throw in a flag or a lovely banner next time!

up shelters for my bar hire company. Their in house design and printing service was fantastic. Their ease of use and build quality was better than we could have imagined, so much so several customers and hospitality clients were also inspired to make purchases.
Excellent customer service, highly recommended

Having dealt with Surf and Turf for a number of years I would say their service has gone from exceptional to average. A missed deadline this year and poor communications lead to us not having our pop up cover for the first round of the championship we then had other orders shipped to the wrong address and lots of issues with artwork. They have not lived up to our expectations at all in 2023.

Great service and products. For our club we bought a bespoke liveried gazebo and countertop table. Good quality and eye catching products.
