He handled everything quickly, and had my claim filed and indicated the charge would be credited back to my acct and a new card would be issued to me on 7-10 business days. Routing number being changed incorrectly
They refused to listen and would only deflect the problem with Surge system to accept payments sayingâs itâs a bad routing number which it causes the payment going to wrong bank and coming back as insufficient funds. I told them I had verified the routing number and account number as correct. Your customer service rep is saying the Surge system is changing the routing number and nothing can be done. If it was the routing number being wrong then the other 20 bills I pay would also reflect that the payments wouldnât be paid again only Surge is having the problem! It must be a problem on your end!
