Been using suprise shirts for a couple of years now and I've never been disappointed with the speed of delivery or quality of the shirts always exceptional

This is an excellent company - good communications, and excellent products - a real pleasure to buy from them - any issues; dealt with immediately.

Always had great shirts and communication, some real outliers too (Cape Verde and Antigua/Barbuda clubs being my last two!)

Only ever done one return for a shirt which didn't fit, handled quick and easy.

Great mix of shirts from around the world. If you like a suprise and want some new football shirts for everyday wear or holiday or even the gym then these are great. I check the rrp on all the shirts I recieve and you can not find them for the price of your subscription, one shirt was even more than double the subscription price! Honestly just give it a go! I look forward to them every month.

These guys are absolutely tremendous - not just in the quality and diversity of the shirts they send out (I’ve had everything from AC Milan to Llantwit Major and they are all belters), but the Customer Service is always personal and prompt.

I’m not usually one to leave online reviews but I am ridiculously impressed by this company. I found the company on TikTok live and immediately ordered 3 because I was so impressed. Louis and Rob on the live were super helpful and explained the process and kind of shirts that could be in the box.

The shirts came ridiculously fast and the packaging was next to none. It was clear that they listened to every order notes and thought went into each selection by them. The haribos were also a great addition. Such a great business! They’ve got themselves a repeat customer and I’ve just ordered a festival box!

The shirts themselves are excellent. They’re always well sourced, great quality, and consistently deliver that excitement every time a new one arrives. Over the years, it’s been amazing to watch the company grow, adding great perks along the way including the recent 'rewards club', which is a brilliant addition for loyal customers.

Delivery is always reliable and arrives within the estimated time, and on the rare occasion there’s an issue, it’s dealt with quickly and professionally without any hassle.

I’m incredibly happy to have been part of the journey so far, and I’ve got no plans to stop my collection anytime soon. It’s fantastic to see the company going from strength to strength and it’s fully deserved.

Ordered from Surprise Shirts via TomFM's youtube page! Quick delivery! Suspense was killing me as to which shirt it would be! AC Milan 23/24 home shirt!!!. Perfect fit as well. Very well packaged. Clues in the name of the company. You can specify to avoid leagues, teams etc but you don't which shirt you will get and that's part of the attraction. I'm definitely getting another one...or two...

Ordered my first Top, explained what I would like in terms of colour and continent and honestly was delighted with my top Longbeach Fc away top… cracking top and colours were as asked for… will be back soon for another

I have had a couple of shirts so far from here for my son who loves them. They are a great idea as a gift for someone who has everything! There was a minor issue with one i got over xmas ( club badge came off after 1st wash) I emailed the company and got a very prompt personal reply ( not your usual generic email ) The customer service is excellent and my problem was resolved straight away.

After being let down by another mystery shirt company, I turned to Surprise Shirts to save Christmas for me. From the get-go I experienced outstanding customer service from Rob and the team. They are an efficient and prompt team. The shirt my partner got is really cool and unique, a perfect fit on him and gift wrapped to perfection. We were also lucky enough to win a bonus gift (a scarf!). In a world where there are lots companies competing for your business, it's important to support the good ones, and Surprise Shirts is an example of how to do business properly. Fast and courteous service definitely buy again

I bought a shirt and a scarf for my dad's birthday, as well as gift wrapping. The wrapping is branded but its subtle and if you hadn't gotten one before you wouldn't know what it is and it was perfectly wrapped. I got a Roma scarf and last season's Dortmund shirt which I couldn't be happier with. It shipped quickly and they left us goodies in the box. Couldn't recommend enough!
