This is the first time that we have used the services of The Sussex Heating Care Company LTD. We have been highly impressed with both the professionalism and quality of service, from initial contact with the company through to completion of extensive work to update our central heating & hot water systems - including re-wiring, new valves & the installation of a new thermostat with smart technology. We also had the boiler serviced.
Ross is a very professional heating engineer and also very personable. He worked out how to do the extensive work in the most cost effective way. It’s a pleasure to work with such a service-orientated local company. Ross is extremely knowledgable and efficient, keeps you well informed at all times and when there is a problem supports throughout you until the issue is fixed. Finding out we had a main gas valve fault from a standard service was a tad shocking, nevertheless Ross organised and ensured the main boiler manufacturer was primed and able to come and fix the issue within 24 hours, ensuring we had additional mobile heaters if needed. Super efficient and manages expectations 100%. Many thanks Ross for sorting the issue for us with minimal disruption. Strongly recommend Ross and the Sussex Heating Care Company for all your gas boiler needs.

Ross was punctual keeping us updated regarding timings of arrival. Did an annual service and was informative, thorough and efficient.

The work is carried out to a high standard and there is never a feeling that the job is being rushed. Communication is great, with appointment reminders, arrival time updates and follow up messages to ensure satisfaction with the work performed.

Ross responded super-quick to my request for investigating a leaking boiler at my tenants' house. Sorted within a day, and at reasonable cost. Happy tenants, happy landlord.

Ross did a fantastic job of transforming our boilers pipe work which was very badly fitted and looked a bit of a mess. It is now looking like a work of art and not an embarrassment. His attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. He takes pride in his work and the customer service is outstanding.
