Ross has been absolutely amazing for the work that has been completed for the house. Quick to respond and did a brilliant job on all of the new heaters and pipe work. Very tidy and super friendly and brilliant workmanship. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Big thanks to Ross and the team for their professional and efficient service and at a very competitive price. My project was in it's early stages, which required Ross and Ben to be flexible with the brief. They rose to the challenge brilliantly and went the extra mile to anticipate other works by other Contractors and made efforts to make things as easy as possible going forward. An excellent job done. Five star service. I will be using them again without hesitation for a future gas installation.

Ross is very professional and always arrives on time . He has managed to get our underfloor heating working much more efficiently and effectively than it has done in the past . Would quite happily recommend him for any heating matter.

Ross installed a new boiler, Nest thermostat and vertical radiator for me. Very polite, cheerful and friendly. Top quality standard of workmanship. Work completed within the estimated timeframe, all rubbish removed and house left clean and tidy.

Sussex Heating provided carried out inspection and testing of a gas boiler for me, at a competitive cost and with good advise afterwards.

Looking for a replacement boiler, Sussex Heating Care Co came round very swiftly and spoke us through different choices and budgets. We were able to choose and tailor our job to suit us. Ross and Ben were clean, tidy and showed great workmanship. We are more than happy with our new combi boiler and radiators and are reaping the benefits. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both very approachable. Highly recommend The Sussex Heating Care Company.

We are new home owners with an old boiler no longer working, once I had given Ross a call he was round as quick as he could to have a look and give us a quote. After discussion we decided to go with putting the boiler in the airing cupboard instead of the loft, Ross ensured we were still able to make use of the cupboard which was great for me! We are so pleased with the work that has been carried out and are very happy with our new heating system, we came home everyday to no mess and communication was great. I cannot recommend the Sussex heating care enough. Thank you for our lovely warm home :)

Hats off to this company and particularly the Ross the CEO! Not only was the advice given for the new system spot on, but the installation, commissioning and testing was very good. Now i have a safe reliable system, that works perfectly, and i am sure will save me a lot of money. The standard of workmanship was second to none. i will always revert to this company if i need any further advice and work done. Thank you and the team Ross!

As an update, Ross had recommended that my heating system needed flushing out. He undertook this operation with a minimum of fuss and WOW what a difference it made to the heating system! there is a huge reduction in the gas consumption and the heating is only on a fraction of the time it was before. Well done again Ross, you just keeping going up in my estimation.

Ross came out on an emergency the same day I called. He identified the problem with our hot water system very quickly and, thankfully got it working. Excellent job!

Ross has been servicing our boiler and heating system since we moved in 5 years ago. The annual servicing is a requirement for house insurance. The service we receive is impeccable, professional and thorough. No worry service as they contact you just before the service is due.
