Would definitely recommend!
Not one to write a review often, but here to say Sutsu delivers. Great designs, very informative website and admirable environmental aims. Took a week to arrive, which was to be expected, but tracking of package was flawless (from the UK to NL). Products themselves are also great; they're 100% like they're displayed on the website, with a good quality feel and look, and they fit normally.

Quite surpised by all the five star…
Quite surpised by all the five star ratings, tbh.
My return parcel was received by Sutzu the 22nd of June - as confirmed by my shipping company (PostNL). Havent heard a word from Sutzu about a confirmation, refunding or my request for another size. Such a shame. Dennis

What good customer service looks like
Ordered two t-shirts and one arrived with a small dark stain. Dropped Sutsu customer service an email about returning the stained t-shirt and before I even saw the reply a new T-shirt had arrived free of charge - less than 24 hours after the original arrived.
Checked my emails and they had replied apologising and asked me to make sure the old T-shirt went to good use.
Great experience - will 100% be using again.

Fantastic Customer Service
Sweatshirt arrived yesterday and the fit was a bit tight, My own fault for not checking properly! Emailed customer service and immediately they went above and beyond to help my case, even adding an additional size due to the fit not being right. No issue with returning and new sweatshirt is on its way. Could not recommend enough!

Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service - there was a small fault with a sweatshirt and it was resolved immediately. Sutsu went above and beyond to make sure the sweater was perfect quality - it’s clear when a company respond like this to an issue that faults don’t happen very often! Very happy with the sweater and will absolutely be back for more.

Great products which fit well.

I bought a jumper from Sutsu and it was beautiful but didn’t suit me so I returned. The aftercare and customer service from them was amazing, really lovely people and great communication. Highly recommended.

Lovely products and great service
Lovely products, unfortunately I received the wrong size but customer service was incredible, they sent me another immediately and a postage label to return the wrong one. Would definitely recommend!

I love the range, good quality too
I love the range, it’s a simple collection - not pages and pages of so many options that it just puts you off. Ordered with Sutsu more than once and been happy with the quality of the print and the clothes themselves. Order tracking is really good, they provide both emails and text messages every step of the way and confirm once it’s been marked as delivered. The vinegar smell when you open the goods may put people off but most wash new clothes before first use anyway

Quality and Prints not as vibrant as advertised
Unfortunately, the quality of the t-shirt and of the print in the front are the complete opposite of what is advertised. The T-Shirt smelled of vinegar and of very low quality, that is the same for the print at the front. I expected it to be more vibrant and made from a more high quality material. Sadly it was not.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review and am sorry to see that you didn't feel you were able to reach out to us directly. To cover off some of your comments:
1. Smell - We do mention in the product detail and also in the post purchase email that the garment may arrive with this smell. This is due to the curing of the print which leaves a vinegar smell (this is gone after one wash).
2. Quality - Our T-shirts are a light weight garment at 155gsm but not low quality. I am not sure what the expectation was in regards to the feel of the garment but we could have replaced your order with a heavier wight cotton if you had got in touch with us to discuss your issues
3. Print Vibrancy - Sorry to see you were disappointed with the colours. The digital print process is a little different to a standard "Screen print" and the ink is embedded in the garment rather than sitting on top so absorbs some of the garment colour into the print.
As a small independent brand every review impacts us and once again am sorry that you didn't feel you could reach out to us directly. For anyone reading this review and response we actually use Trustpilot for our reviews – Due to their size of business and power on Google they have forced us to have this page otherwise they mark down any of our good reviews to a lower algorithm. Excellent Customer Service
I ordered two sweaters - including one which was a return/exchange. Customer service was prompt, helpful and beyond expectations. Delivery was quick and I am pleased with the quality. Would recommend for printed clothing.

Great designs but I found the t-shirt…
Great designs but I found the t-shirt quality to be very poor. I ordered 2 tshirts but after one 30 degree wash they completely lost their shape. I got sent a new t-shirt but the same thing happened.

Great quality, great designs
Ordered a T-shirt from the new women’s range. Arrived quickly. Lovely quality T-shirt and great standout design! Had communication with the team on the live chat on the website to work out which size I might need which was prompt and spot on. Will definitely buy again - the trouble is there are too many lovely designs to choose from! My new favourite shop 😃
