Moje objednávka byla docela různorodá, protože jsem koupila osvětlení, menší ochlazovač a pár dalších věcí do domácnosti. Vyhovovalo mi, že jsem všechno našla na jednom místě a nemusela objednávat ze tří různých obchodů. Platba proběhla bez problémů a po odeslání jsem dostala sledování zásilky. Balík dorazil bezpečně a každá věc byla uvnitř samostatně chráněná. Nic nepůsobilo, jako by to bylo jen tak naházené do krabice.

Přenosný ochlazovač vzduchu jsem koupil do domácí pracovny. Je dostatečně malý, takže nikde nepřekáží, a když potřebuji, jednoduše ho přenesu do jiné místnosti.

I have placed order 21 days ago!!!!!!!!! Ordered two ceiling lights. Been waiting two weeks for any updates, no updates, I have got in touch with them directly and I received response with tracking number provided. I used tracking number to check where is my parcel, SURPRISE SURPISE!!!!!!!! IN CHINA!!!!!!! REALLY????????? :-0 ( bare in mind their website is CO.UK. )
To follow up, got in touch again, no response, another email, no response.
Three weeks after without knowing what is happening, received notification, that my parcel is delivered! Returned back home from work no package. Checked on the system again it was showing one light is delivered and another is still in China :-D :-D :-D (Ordered both together under the same order number)
I paid ~ £300!!!!!!
Also they keep on sending emails about my current order I guess in POLISH language, I have no clue what is written there!!!!!
Long story, short. Luckily I paid with my credit card, so therefore managed to get in touch with my bank. I HOPE THEY WILL SORT THINGS OUT.

Bloody disgusting!!!!!!!!!!! Shocked and very disappointed. Guys learn from my mistake and always check TripAdvisor for information, before you place your order. SCAMERS!!!! SCAMERS!!!!!!!! SCAMERS!!!!!!!

I wouldn't even give 1 star for this product, but you have to to move on! I bought a book LED lamp for my daughter's birthday. Sucked in by the name, Svetla Living, thinking it was at least European. It's taken nearly 3 weeks to get here (missed her birthday), is half the size I ordered, and unlike an actual book, the light doesn't even stay open, so it is absolutely pointless! I wouldn't mind, but at £32+ it's a complete waste of money, but like everyone else has said, far too expensive to send back! Please remove their website!

I ordered a night light projector for a toddler, tried it and within minutes the batteries had overheated and were scalding hot. I threw it in the bin as it was so dangerous. It also wasn’t as pictured on the website. It’s cheap tat from China. Customer service was awful and refused a refund. It took 3 weeks to arrive from China in the first place. Website implies a totally different sort of company, false advertising of cheap products & terrible unhelpful customer service that refuse a refund for a dangerous, substandard product.

I ordered a coffee pot with a wooden handle costing £36.95. It took a long time to arrive. The handle was plastic in a light wood colour, not made from wood as described.
The coffee pot was made from cheap plastic. Returns had to be sent to China. At the cost of the item it was not worth the expense of returning, which I suspect they want. This company's website looks so polished and gives the impression they are a European company. Avoid

Ta firma to oszuści. Sprzedają towary z Chin w bardzo złej jakości. Fatalna procedura zwrotu ( odesłanie do Chin na swój koszt)
Ja odesłałam towar 1 kwietnia i do dziś, przez 5 miesięcy nie dostałam zwrotu pieniędzy. Właśnie zgłaszam sprawę do odpowiednich organów.
Bardzo mocno odradzam zakupy w tym miejscu. Takie sklepy powinny być likwidowane z uwagi na nieuczciwe praktyki.

I never leave bad reviews but seriously don’t buy from here. Don’t even be tempted. They drop ship low quality products from China and they use AI photos on the website, so none of the products are actually similar to what’s pictured. Customer service is awful (also AI generated) and no refunds available unless you return items to China. Have had to go through my bank to get a refund. Hopefully this SCAM of a company is not trading much longer. All of these terrible reviews are embarrassing for the company owners - who would want to run a business like this?

Extremely disappointing experience. The way this situation has been handled feels like a complete scam.

We ordered a lamp at the end of July, and we are now approaching the end of September. Almost two months later, we still have neither the lamp nor a proper resolution.

The delivery situation is completely contradictory. First, we received a notification saying that the package had been delivered to our mailbox. A few days later, we received another notification saying that our address could not be found. How can both things be true?

We contacted customer service to report the problem and requested a full refund. Their website states that they offer a 100% refund, yet they are trying to deduct 15% from the amount we paid. Even worse, if we ask them to send the lamp again, they want us to pay the shipping costs again — despite the fact that the delivery failure was not our fault and involved the carrier they chose.

We paid for a product that we never received, and yet we are being asked to absorb the consequences of a delivery failure that was completely outside our control.

The customer service has made the situation even more frustrating. Almost every response we have received looks like it was generated by a chatbot: generic, repetitive answers that do not actually address our specific situation or provide a real solution.

At this point, it feels like the whole process is designed to wear customers down until they finally accept a partial refund or pay additional shipping simply to make the problem go away.

We expected a straightforward solution to a delivery problem. Instead, we have spent weeks going back and forth with customer service without receiving the product or a fair resolution.

Based on our experience, we absolutely cannot recommend this company.

Long story short, the product l recieved was not as described. I have been in communication with Svetla for 3 plus months and though they have accepted product "was not as described " but will only refund if l pay for return - to China. Though Svetla are based in Europe they will not comply with European Legislation.
They have responded to the 2 reviews l have posted on Trustpilot staying "they will review the situation and care about their customers". On both occasions they have offered only the same solution.
I say again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NEITHER REPUTABLE OR LAW ABIDING!

Přišel poškozený produkt (stropní svítidlo) e-shop působí snahou o "reklamaci" ale již přes měsíc na dotázání používá obdobné fráze a nic se neděje. Poškozený a z části nefunkční produkt doma bez vrácení peněz. O kvalitě svítidla taky silně pochybuji, použít tenčí dráty, byl by to už optický kabel 🤣 Certifikace CE určitě není, nedoporučuji!!!!

Be very careful when ordering from this shop. It presents itself as a European online store, but the goods are shipped from China.

The product I received was of poor quality. When I asked to return it, I was told that I would have to pay the shipping costs back to China. These costs can easily exceed the price of the product itself, making a return practically pointless.

In my opinion, the origin of the goods and the return conditions should be communicated much more clearly before purchase. Had I known this in advance, I would never have placed the order.

Item advertised as an ice maker was simply a plastic container for ice. If you class a teacup or a plastic bag as an ice maker if you put them in a freezer, then it qualifies. It does not have "a simple plug-in connection", an "automatic shut-off" or "rapid cooling technology". A complete fraud.

Trying to obtain the "full refund" as advertised results in a series of low percentage refund offers, increasing in 5% steps till 20% is reached. To return an item to the Netherlands from the UK by courier requires the seller's EROI number (thanks a bunch Brexiteers) which they will not supply, nor will they send a link to their Returns Form which they say is needed. Result, - I'm still stuck with a useless plastic ice tray.

In all a thoroughly negative experience, so avoid anything to do with Svetla Living at all costs.

First product advertised as an 'Ice Maker, plug in, auto shutoff, fast production, etc' turns out to be no more than an ice cube tray, no plug or any of the other advertised features. Claimed RRP to be almost £60, actually exactly the same thing sells on other sites for £6 or less.

Second product advertised as a 4TB external drive actually is a hacked 512GB drive.

Now onto the returns/refund procedure.
Their approach is to offer very little as a discount (which would not come close to the actual value) which will increase very slightly if you keep insisting, and your expected to cover return postage costs to China.

In short avoid at all costs, drop shipping from China, registered in the Netherlands and not based in either of those countries. Completely fraudulent setup.

To be honest I even wouldn't give the one star.. they are selling all the cheap items you could buy in any downtown shop or pound shop and clearance stores with high price and charge the most expensive delivery. Very poor customer services or zero help. In a nutshell this is a scumbag and rip-off

It's obvious they buy from Temu and then sell items at a very high price. AVOID!!

I ordered an ice cubes maker, after 2 weeks it arrived FROM CHINA. THIS DOES NOT MAKE ICE, you put trays of water in the freezer. Disgusted

This site parades as a high end lifestyle company based in Europe. Nowhere does it say it trades in cheap goods sent direct from China. Appalling quality. Misrepresentation. Standard insincere apologies. AVOID.

Misleading, shocking customer service, terrible returns policy. If you order, use a credit card or PayPal and ensure you get a full refund.

Ordered items would arrive quick (since it said in stock) it took so long I forgot I even placed an order then receive a Chinese tracking link.

Item arrived in the UK, then immediately returned to sender. Attempted to contact, no reply. No guidance other than to contact the delivery company direct (which is nonsense). Took weeks to reply. In this time PayPal refunded in full.

Their options pay £5 to have it delivered again or a refund less 15%. Given I never even saw the item this is bonkers.

Do not use and see all other reviews.
