Swadlincote Window Company were totally professional from the guidance/advice and quotation from Damian, to my back door being installed by two brilliant fitters, Dan & Arron. The door & side window was installed quickly and all mess was cleaned up by the fitters. They then took the time to explain to me about the door locking mechanism, the lubrication points and general maintenance.

Quite a delay in getting started with our conservatory. Found foul manhole together with gas and electric services all passing beneath the conservatory. Perhaps these services should have been detected prior to start. Found the building contractors together with the conservatory installers to be very consciousness and professional. All in all we are pleased with the final product.

From start to finish the job went smoothy and efficiently plus the price was reasonable . The reception staff were very helpful. John, as usual, was very friendly and very well organised . The installers Josh and Ricki did a great job in spite of the heatwave. I have used Swad. Windows many times and they never fail to deliver the goods.

I had a previous review that for some unknown reason was declined.
I had bith front and back doors replaced a few months back and was happy throughout with the workers and the job they did.
They were very efficient and cleaned up great after themselves.
Sadly a few weeks later my front door developed an issue with the lock.
I called and the staff were great and arranged for one of the team to come out at a day and time to suit me.
I forget his name but great guy, explained issue and lock was ultimately changed.
The same problem reared its head again a short time later.
So another call , completely professional and friendly arranged to come again after my holiday.
Same guy turned up this time changed the lock to a higher spec lock and also changed the whole locking mechanism.
So far its been ok.
Would I use Swad Windows again..definitely
Would I recommended Windows..definitely.

Can't fault the service we've received. Tim came out as arranged to discuss what we were after, explained our options and measured up, with no hard sell. The quote arrived by email as promised, and we agreed on a price and date for installation. We paid a 25% deposit which was fully insured by the company. The job was quoted to take two days, and the installers Josh and Ricky turned up bright and early both days and did an excellent job with no mess. It was a pleasure to have them here. We had a new front door and several windows, all appear to be of good quality and we're extremely pleased with the outcome.

We would like to thank the two guys Grant and his colleague for doing such a wonderful job installing our new composite front door.
A Credit to them both so kudos to them both.
Now we have to change our Flowerpot on the front to a Navy Blue to match😊

From start to finish everything was planned out and timescales met on every occasion .The team has been professional ,polite and have done a thoroughly good job . From the beginning Swadlincote Windows provide a quality service, starting initially with the sales team in the office through to Tim the estimator providing an initial quotation. Because of complexities to the installation a number of iterations to the window requirements were made before a final decision were made and throughout this process Tim and the sales team showed patience and understanding.
A number of other quotes from other window suppliers were acquired and Swadlincote Windows honoured a price match guarantee.
In deciding to place an order with Swadlincote Windows a 25% deposit was made and to my pleasant surprise an insurance certificate for the deposit was sent to me, guaranteeing the deposit.
Following the placement of the order, an installation date was set for 6 weeks hence and the installation went ahead exactly on time.
The installation team (Guy and Jim) arrived and were fully briefed on the requirements for the job. They were very professional in their approach and provided advice and information as the job proceeded. They were very efficient in their work and the job only overran due to the unfavourable weather.
Overall Swadlincote Windows provided and excellent competitive service and are highly recommended.

Recently had my tired old uPVC door replaced by Swad Windows. The replacement Comp Door composite door looks so much better and feels so much more sturdy. The guys doing the job only took a couple of hours, left no mess and I’m very happy with the job they did.

We had a new roller garage door - the fitting process was very smooth and the guys were friendly and efficient. We’re so happy with our new Hormann door and would definitely recommend Swadlincote Windows.

Guys arrived a week early as they had finished a job earlier than they thought which was good for us,polite and helpful finished the replacements in good time cleaned up and left excellent 👍

Very friendly pair. Came in and got straight on with the work and the glazing unit was replaced and cleaned in no time.

Extremely pleased with the whole experience. Windows look fantastic, great price and I can't believe the noise reduction (on a fairly busy road). However it is the people that make Swadlincote Windows - from the office staff to Tim, who did the survey and popped back because I had questions (helped through the many choices) and Joe and Liam who installed - were just lovely, professional and so much attention to detail and left everything cleaner than when they arrived. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I am very happy with the quality of the door and installation. It was on the expensive side but I glad I chose Swadlincote windows.

They always do a good job, and are not the kind of company to rip you off. I’ll be sending some more work their way shortly.
