We had been thinking about replacing our windows for a very long time but were worried by all the chaos and effort it involved. Eventually, at the end of 2024, we decided to replace the windows by May 2025 and approached 3 companies for quotes. One of them was Swadlincote Windows; we visited factory site and went to the showroom and workshop.
At the showroom, we looked at the different options. Jordan, Jeanette and Natasha were very helpful and Jordan gave us lots of assistance and was very pleasant to deal with. We picked the Residence R9 design with 100mm thickness of the uPVC frame.
Tim (Assessor) visited us twice; firstly, to go through the preliminary details and then secondly, a visit to take detailed measurements and photos. We agreed a contract price to replace 21 windows. Tim was extremely helpful in providing us with answers to our questions and queries.
Swadlincote put in the highest price however, overall, we concluded that we should choose them above others despite the costs because all the different elements of what we were looking for was fulfilled by them. The quality of the product and professionalism of all the individuals we had dealt with was second to none.
Order was placed and 7 weeks later the BIG day arrived when the window replacement Fitters arrived at our place. In the interim, we had been kept in touch with progress by Ryan and Kelvin, and Kristian had done a couple of tweaks on the prices subsequent to our very minor changes to the specs. We had an installation time-plan we were very happy with.
Peter (Foreman), Andy and Aaron arrived and, once we put down the dust sheets, they began their work which took a total of 2 weeks. All the lads were extremely competent, pleasant to deal with and professional, and more than happy to do the job well however long it took. Peter was particularly helpful and his calmness and composure in performing the job did in turn give more confidence and assurance to us and we appreciated that. Also, Peter was a great ambassador for Swadlincote Windows as he indicated all the many reasons why Swadlincote was a more superior choice than the other two companies we had considered. Furthermore, Peter pointed out another modernisation improvement we could undertake to enhance our house and we will hope to pursue that in future.
Overall, we are very pleased with the appearance, colour and type of windows we have had and relieved that the replacement project went so smoothly without any complications. Time will reveal the robustness and longevity of our new windows however, would we have to make our decision to choose a window replacement supplier again! YES, we would certainly choose Swadlincote Windows.

I was a little apprehensive as I was having seven windows fitted, amongst which were my kitchen windows which have granite sides and sills; I was concerned that they would crack or break when taking out the original windows. However I explained my concern to the fitters, Chris and Ade, and they were totally professional and explained everything they were doing and the result was perfect! They left everything clean and tidy and I am over the moon with the results. I have to have further new windows fitted and will certainly be using Swadlincote Windows again.

Super job by Swadlincote Windows in replacing our front doors and adjacent windows, excellent service from the start to afterwards sorting a small problem out by the customer service team.
Our thanks to Chris and Adie for their excellent work to remove and fit the new door and windows, their attention to detail was really appreciated. I always feel that when there's a problem, how quickly these things get sorted is a measure of a company, there was no questioning the office called to arrange within 48 hrs and had fitter here the next day. Overall very pleased. Well recommend Swadlincote windows.

We have used this brilliant company before so it was a very easy choice to have them again. Everything from start to finish went very smoothly and thanks to Tim who came out to us and explained everything we needed to know and more about the doors, he did the measuring which was spot on. The fitters arrived on time, very polite and informative and very professional , they did a superb job, our sincere thanks to Steven and Aron for their quality workmanship, they left everything clean and spotless and the doors look absolutely beautiful. From making the first inquiry to the excellent after sales service Swadlincote Windows have been amazing. Every person we spoke to was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. We were very impressed with the quote and the timescale quoted to install. The products are excellent quality and we were thrilled to go ahead and have all our windows and doors replaced, they even took care of bricking up our old back door and matched the bricks perfectly. I would happily recommend Swadlincote Windows to anyone… no pushy sale people just a really good local company who care about their customers.

Lovely people to deal with from the office staff, the surveyor and the two 'lads' who fitted the bifold. All promises kept re appointments and fitting. All information very clear and at the end of the day a quality bifold fitted with everything left clean and tidy. We also had an explanation of how it operates. Absolutely delighted to use this company again.

Matt and Dave came out on a very frosty morning to fit my new composite front door. They were skilled and competent and completed the work to a high finish. Afterwards they explained what they had done and how my new key works. They cleared the site beautifully and went the extra mile for me.
The door is beautiful and secure and will give me more insulation.

Swadlincote Windows fitted my front door many years ago and recently they fitted new triple glazed windows, French doors and a garage door. Whilst there were a few issues with the garage door installation, all were resolved with excellent customer service. I'm extremely pleased the quality of the finished products and the overall service I received.

From start to finish this has been outstanding. It started with the salesman Matt. He explained everything I needed to know about an electric roller garage door. I choose the Hormann door. Honestly so glad Matt showed me this style. The quality is outstanding and way above stuff garolla etc supply. He also did his best to get it fitted before Christmas. He delivered and should be wearing a cape.

The fitters Jack and Andy, arrived bang on time. I love punctuality. There work is great and they was very polite. The install went smoothly and Jack and Andy were trusted with my house to themselves and left the work site very clean and tidy.

For all future work, swadlincote windows will be my first and only point of call.

We've just had a porch, bay window and two upstairs windows replaced and I can not fault the excellent level of service, from original quote through to completion of the job.
Tim and Gage, the fitting team, were excellent. They worked diligently, were knowledgeable, friendly, polite and made a great effort to ensure that the job was completed to a high standard.
They had to overcome some challenging 'on the job' issues, doing so with a great professional attitude and some effective creative thinking, helped with good backup from the factory team also when required. They worked very hard throughout...
Everything was tidied up at the end of each day and site left as you'd expect.
Great effort lads/Swad windows team, we will be definitely following up with you for future planned updates to our home.

We've just had our front door and windows fitted and we are absolutely delighted with the finish and quality of workmanship. Pete, Andy and Aaron were excellent throughout the fitting process, nothing seemed too much trouble, keeping us informed on what they were doing and how things were progressing making what could be a very stressful time a smooth and positive experience, and we would recommend them as well as Swadlincote Windows. First Contact from Andy Roddis who came to brief me on the products available to the lady in the showroom, (sorry didn't get her name) who helped me choose the door and furniture. Special mention to the fitting team Matt,Calum,and Paul who carried out a very professional installation and cleaned up after themselves which is very rare these days and with good banter. All in all a very pleasant and stress free experience.
