The staff was very precise and helpful when giving me information about the broadband that would suit me. He was patient and very very understanding about my needs. I am a 70 year old woman and I appreciate having someone like your staff to talk to an axe for help. Thank you.

You are fast in responding and acting on customer needs

I had trouble with talk talk so I searched for another supplier with u and found one I found it easy and I did ent have to spend all day on the phone

I was rung by salesperson, as requested, but wasn't offered the new custer deal. Rang 3shell direct to get them

The gentleman l spoke with explained all the questions l had exquisitely. I was able to choose a provider at the end of the conversation.but yet to receive my broadband router. The waiting period sucks. Don't understand why the provider takes that length of time though?

I am only part way through the process of changing my supplier, but so far things a going smoothly.
