Great service, saved me a great deal of trouble.

I'm still waiting for my router to arrive. 12 days now. Not good.

My enquiry was dealt with by a young man who was effficient, patient and friendly. He gave me all the information I needed to make my decision to swap my broadband and searched and found a company on my behalf.

All sorted and done with insulation with in a week of ordering

I made an account with them and virgin media stayed in all day Thursday. Long story short they took the wrong address and now it’s a big mess sorting it out.
I went on go compare and they showed me this great deal, so great that it’s gone to the wrong house and now that I’m trying to change it i get transferred 20 times and I have some people on virgin hanging up and avoiding my problem not escalating it to management they are pirates.

It's now Saturday and I was supposed to get my broadband on Thursday...not happy

Iv tried my best to change over but can't find the broadband company's that help with disability benefits iv got Copd, lung disease, Anxiety, depression, ptsd,I have my own health worker probly should get her to help as I'm getting nowhere. Thanks Anyway.
