Hi Shontelle. I am so sorry that you are not happy with the personalised stickers. Unfortunately sometimes the quality of the picture that is sent to us is not of a very good quality and this is reflected in the final print. I can see that 2 of your pictures are very low quality hence this issue. If you would like to contact us with alternative higher quality images we can get these sent out to you in good time for Christmas, as these were Christmas bags you ordered. Also I must point out that the personalisation on all products is actually free, so with that being said we feel 2 stars is quite a harsh score, but we do thank you for you honest review.

Hi Thomas. Thanks for your honest opinion of our product. We value all customer reviews, and take note of everything you said. We do feel that we offer good value for money when all things such as the quality of our packaging, the wide variety of sweets available to be customised in your bags, and the free personal messages or images are considered. The costs of all areas of business and logistics have risen a great deal in the past 12 months and unfortuantely this is refelected in many products on the high street and online. We are no exeption. That being said, thanks for ordering again using our 30% off BF deal. If you do want 30% off again then we do offer a monthly subscription service where you can get 30% off your chosen pick n mix each month!

Hi Will. Thanks for your comments. As you know...the sweets we stock vary massivley in size and weight, so allthough we do try and make the amount as even as possible it may sometimes seem like you get more of one type than another, but each scoop/portion will weight approximately the same.

Hi Cai. First of all thanks for your order and also for taking advantage of our 20% discount offer! We also hope you found spreading your payments with Clearpay to be helpful. Secondly, we are so sorry that you feel disappointed that there were only 5 tongue painters in the mix. We can see that you ordered a 1kg bag with 10 different sweets. We always try and get a mix that is equal across all your choices, but with the varying sizes and weights of the sweets, this can be very difficult as each bag content is completely bespoke and picked fresh to order. If you do feel like you have a favourite sweet, then you can order this multiple times in the same bag mix to get more of that sweet. I hope this helps if you decide to order again with us. You also can use the 15% first order discount next time. FIRSTORDER15

Hi Morgan. We can only apologise for this on behalf of our courier. You should have had a tracking email from us and you can see that they picked up your parcel on 29th June from us. I can see from the courier tracking system that there has been no movement on this parcel since then. Unfortunately we dont visually track each order due to the volume we send out each day, and we hope that customers get in touch with us via email or social media asap to let us know on the rare occasions they have not had their parcel delivered on time or at all. If you had let us know sooner then we could have rectified this straight away either with the courier or got another order out to you. I will contact you privately via email to discuss this matter.

UPDATE: 31st June - Replacement order was sent as soon as we were made aware by this review and was received by customer 4 days later on 31/06/21.
