Hi Emma Palmer, thank you for your review. We believe that your review is somewhat misleading and unfair. We'll highlight the facts of the case and hope that our customers can see for themselves that we did everything we could do to satisfy you:

1. You purchased the Hoverboard in November 2019. The item was then reported faulty in December, a few days after Xmas.

2. Since we offered an extended Xmas warranty, all items reported within 30-days of Christmas would receive a returns label at our expense, whereby our engineers will inspect the Hoverboard and have whatever issues rectified within just a 3-day period. No other Hoverboard company on the market today will offer such a service!

3. Your reported 'issue' was not only very vague, but you would not help us in identifying the issue or run through some diagnostics with you. You wouldn't even provide us with an image or video of your Hoverboard. Nonetheless, our team provided you with a return label at our expense. No other Hoverboard company on the market today would do this!

4. We informed you that you could use the returns label within the 30-day 'post-Xmas' period as part of our commitment to ensure that customers like yourselves are always satisfied. Of the very small number of customers who were in a similar situation to you, every single one has been immensely satisfied with the quick and efficient turnaround, let alone our on-demand customer service (24/hrs)

5. You demanded that instead of using our label to conduct our warranty service, we should instead provide you with an entire replacement. It is to note that a replacement can be given providing that the board has been unused/used exclusively indoors without any physical damage. However, in your case, you refused to prove that it wasn't. You then almost instantly filed a dispute with PayPal.

6. PayPal concluded that the item was not faulty from receipt and that the item was used extensively prior to any issues that you have had. Furthermore, PayPal concluded that you were not using the item in accordance with the user manual, nor cooperating with ourselves in order to help you identify the issue and rectify the problem (such as a simple reset after a fall/tumble).

7. PayPal - who are known to predominantly act in the favour of the buyer - reviewed the case to be against your favour for the reasons noted above.

8. After filing for a dispute and failing the resolution verdict, you requested that we re-issue you the returns label for a repair. At this point, the returns label surpassed the 30-days extended period. Nonetheless, we reactivated the label on your behalf and requested that you use the same one which was issued to you originally.

Unfortunately, none of this is good enough for you and we are left between a rock and a hard place. We understand that it is often impossible to satisfy every customer and so we welcome negative reviews as openly as the positive ones.

Nonetheless, we thank you for your review and hope that those who read this can see that we go the extra mile to satisfy our customers and respond to the feedback we receive regardless of their nature.

HOVERBOARD-PRO is committed to consistently improving its UK-based 24hr customer services as well as our premium Hoverboards, all made from British design. A simple search on the internet will very quickly show you that there are very few - if any - genuine Hoverboard companies such as ourselves, who place safety, reliability and customers at the centre of everything we do.
