I bought a swegway for Christmas 17 for my son, it came no problems at all worked great looked great good customer service, no issues recommended them to several friends also very happy with purchase. As with most toys it was used at Xmas in the house, then stood under the stairs for few months waiting for better weather, used outside last year when we had decent weather never in the rain. It was used on and off for few months. Then obviously it wasn’t out over winter just gone, just odd 20 mins in house. So by no means has it been over used if anything I would say hardly used! My niece who purchased one rang me last month to say hers wouldn’t switch on to check mine so I did. And what do we find exactly same problem.... now my other friend who also purchased one but different model who has stored hers away all winter in the shed outside hers is still working. Emailed the customer services who came back with “it’s because it hasn’t been used” my niece bought a 2nd hand one after purchasing from these and it has been stored away exactly the same and works fine so I’m sorry but that is not the reason. All seems good and well with these purchases when your buying and they are very helpful but when there is a fault they don’t want to know.... I have now purchased a 2nd hand one which the seller told me hasn’t been used for months and guess what it works perfectly I dare even say the battery power lasts longer than my brand new one from these ever did. I now think the battery was always faulty but I had nothing to compare it with so thought it was working great like most of you buying will

After a lot of investigation I bought a hover board for my daughter. The company are great. Made it very easy and their service is amazing!!! I would highly recommend them!!

I ordered the hover board/ kart bundle in pink for my daughters 8th birthday. The communication was excellent - although the colour I ordered wasn’t due in stock for a few days they called straight away to let me know that it wouldn’t arrive the next day. They apologised and gave me the option to cancel my order, choose another colour or wait for the pink to arrive. I waited for the pink to arrive, they told me the date it would be delivered, and it did arrive on that day. I received a message the day before confirming my delivery and they also called me on the morning of delivery as well to let me know it was coming. When they called it had literally just been delivered. As the colour I ordered wasn’t in stock when I ordered, they gave me a free pink skin for the swegway as well as a goodwill gesture, I thought that was a really nice touch, particularly as it was no problem for me to wait a few days longer. The swegway skin came in very handy while my daughter was learning to ride her swegway, it protected it from lots of scuffs/ scratches. It didn’t take long for her to master the moves, she whizzes around on it and loves doing the 360 spins.
The product itself is GREAT! My daughter absolutely loves it, she has played on it every day since she got it for her birthday. I’ve had a go too and so has her older brother (15 years old) we had a brilliant laugh, it brought the child out in us. It’s so well made, the battery lasts up to 2 hours and only takes a couple of hours to charge as well. It’s the best present I’ve bought and I will definitely buy from this company again in the future. The fun and smiles from my daughter is priceless. I can’t recommend this company enough. The communication is excellent, the free delivery is great and the price is very good too, well worth the money.

I was a little worried about buying a hoverboard online in case something went wrong and it was difficult to contact the company (as I have read many stories of people not receiving their boards or not being able to return faulty boards) so before buying anything I made sure I found a company with a UK land line.When I came across SWEGWAY-PRO, I was thrilled that they answered calls and were happy to answer all my questions as well as giving me advise for upgrades. I purchased a off road Mammoth hoverboard + PRO HoverKart bundle and it was delivered the next day. My 9 year old is thrilled and I could not be happier with the great service!!! WELL DONE GUYS!

Son has had Swegway board and cart for just over a year now. Ive called twice and even my 8 yr old tried to ring for advice! - each time I've found the staff amazingly kind and considerate. They've talked us through changing a charging socket and how to recalibrate /reset the hoverboard... golden, couldn't ask for better service.

I received a e-mail asking if I could provide a review for the company based on my experience. To be honest with you I was intending to do this but totally forgot! I purchased a board from these guys and was impressed by their efficiency. The people on the live chat are friendly and supportive and walked me through the entire purchasing process. After my order was placed i received an instant email receipt and later followed by full tracking details of my parcel right through to my door. Product is strong and sturdy and bluetooth speakers loud and clear. I have recommended this company to all my family and friends and would recommend this to anyone who wants to buy from a trusted business.

A slight confession to make! My mother brought her grandchild a Hoverboard for christmas and we let a friend use it who crashed it and it stopped working (not from this company but we purchased it online elsewhere) In a panic we brought it to these guys for repair and the chap at the shop got it sorted while we waited. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm glad that I got this sorted before my daughter spent the weekend away with her grandma! As good as new and nobody knows our little secret - thank you!

Fantastic company. I called them because I wasn't sure what to get my son for Christmas and they were extremely helpful in giving me the best advice. Eventually I purchased the chunky Hummer one and it's been the best thing he's ever got! The whole family have had a go on it including me. We just have to figure out how to stop the husband from falling but besides that we're very pleased. I should also mention that their aftercare service is brilliant as expected. I wasn't sure about what the flashing dots were or what they meant but when i used the live chat service someone was on the other end almost immediately. It's one thing buying a great product but its another thing to have a personal service. Thank you so much you guys made our Xmas. Hailey Sanders

Very happy with the service and hover board. We bought it at the end of the black Friday deals and it arrived early we received several messages keeping us updated on the delivery. Kids, husband and even the grandparents love the board and the seat. Just need to work out how to stop the husband falling off it now

Bought from this website after reading the reviews on here, I went for the disco swegway with the kart for my son's birthday - had to try it out myself first of course! So much fun and quality goods, the swegway and kart are top quality, well built with clear instructions, my son's gonna love it thanks swegway pro!

I bought a board from another company for a Xmas present for our daughter, nothing but trouble. Sceptical of buying another I scowered the net to find a proper company that actually knows what they are doing and you can speak to for any questions that you needed to ask.
SWEGWAY PRO were excellent!!. Staff were helpful on the online chat service, informative, accurate. Spoke to a very helpful individual who guided me through what the boards should look and sound like.
Good choice of boards but not too many that you get blinded by too many colours. No gimmicks just exactly what it says on the tin so to speak!

Fully recommend to buy from this shop...yes a shop no online never answer the phone or email hassle real people that actually can help.

Purchased a Hoverboard a few years ago from Swegway Pro and needed another one for Christmas. It's good to see that the business still exists, as opposed to the many companies that have folded since. After speaking to a chap on the phone I went ahead with a disco hoverboard bundle and kart. As promised, delivered before Christmas and the quality is as good as ever. I cannot fault this company in their customer service and in the products. I was happy last time and i'm happy now. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a Hoverboard!

Bought the kart frame with a hover board. The seat on the frame arrived with chunks broken from it. Managed to put it together and use it anyway but after 5 minutes of use, the frame bar which goes to the the flimsy front (trolley) wheel which hit a crack in the pavement and span, buckled immediately despite only having a very light passenger. Total waste of money. Company doesn’t want to know and keeps telling me it won’t survive a collision even though it wasn’t a collision! Yet another pile of junk for kids for Christmas, will add it to the expensive pile of junk in our garage (last years item a £600 quad bike- not the same company but one with same attitude ), but hey, it’s only money!

Just to add since the reply from the company that I suggest only using the frame on an ice rink because as I stated we were on a pavement, not an rac rally car track! We DID NOT collide or misuse it in anyway.

Also to state that my review was under my initials only for a reason, not to hide from the company who I knew would be able to associate the review. However the company have now blatantly posted not just my name but my full name!? Can I just say ..... GDPR
