Swegway-Pro are a trustworthy, honest and a customer comes first company. I had bought a swegway from another company which had vanished and so had to find another that would be reliable and honest enough to fix and return my Swegway in one piece. Based on many great reviews on trustpilot, I went with them. Quick response,answered all my questions to clear off any doubts and within a space of 3 business day I had my swegway fixed and delivered back in full working order. All with constant communication and very informant of the situation. Will definitely do business with them again!

I wanted to buy my daughter a Swegway for Christmas, and was daunted by the sheer number of companies selling them online.
I rang a few companies and their phone lines were dead, which put me off straight away. I then turned to TrustPilot and called Swegway-Pro because of their positive reviews.
My call was answered straight away and I was given really helpful advice - surprisingly, they recommended the basic Swegway and not a more expensive model.
I placed an order on the same day (today) - I couldn't recommend this company more highly!
If you're looking for an honest, professional Swegway retailer, look no further.

Great experience, rang tio double check the order had gone through and spoke to a really nice chap, confirmed and was already being dispatched even after the 3pm cut off!

AVOID AT ALL COST.
Sent faulty board out and replaced with same board so obviously same fault. ( Segways reply below states they sent a brand new replacement, however this untrue, I placed a very discreet mark underneath the original board & that mark was on the replacement!!!!

My daughter is 35kg so not sure why you mention 30kg , this actually contradicts everything you say in reply below.

It then cost me £25 to send board back ( they wouldnt pay ) and had to threating with reporting them to trading standard to get refund.

The last part of your reply is toatally false as after 3 weeks ( this is how long you took to refund ) we bought a board from
Argos and it works perfect.

Unfortunately I’m not allowed to post exactly what I want to say & what actually happened so hopefully above will be enough to make people go elsewhere.

This is the first review I have ever done and I must say this company is impressive when it comes to
Customer service.
I purchase all the time on the web and 9 out of 10 times it's ok however when making a call or trying to discuss a problem/change it becomes frustrating, not on this occasion, I personally made the mistake and quickly made contact at 7pm on WhatsApp they claim an instant response on the web and sure enough they are typing as soon as you press send, the error on my behalf was rectified in about 20mins had they had communicated with the factory found the product I want and resend a PAY PAL link with a small increase as the product was a higher model
All I can say is they will deal with any issues instantly and that is something you will. It find in many companies today! Well done guys one happy customer here
