I cannot recommend this company based…
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
I returned my order exactly as instructed and have DHL proof that the package was successfully delivered to the seller. The seller had offered to send me an upgraded replacement. However, instead of sending the replacement or issuing a refund, they continue to claim they are waiting for the package to be located internally and refuse to resolve the issue.
As a customer, I fulfilled my obligations and provided proof of delivery. It should not be my responsibility to deal with the seller’s internal logistics or their courier. Customer service has been polite, but they have repeatedly delayed resolving the matter.
I would expect a company to either honor the promised replacement or provide a full refund once a returned parcel has been delivered. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I am very disappointed
I do not recommend online shopping. My patience is running out. I am still waiting for my order No. 1767819823 that was supposed to arrive on 16/1/2026. The package has not even been handed over to the delivery service yet. Don't try it, buy somewhere else. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering.

Returns are difficult and expensive
My flippers were delayed.
When they arrived they didn't fit.
To send them back will mean that I have spend the cost of the items on shipping here and back that I have to cover.
When I spoke to a customer services representative, explaining that the returns label on the item had a UK address, they were totally unhelpful.
Avoid.

Auf mehrmalige Kontaktversuche wird nicht reagiert.

Ich habe einen Kurs gebucht und bezahlt! Diesen Kurs habe ordnungsgemässen gemäss Statuen gekündigt. Trotz 2 Mails und eine Anfrage per Kontaktformular null Reaktion innerhalb 14 Tagen. Achtung klar nicht zu empfehlen mit finanziellem Verlust

Absolutnie odradzam. Zostałam oszukana przez Swimaholic w sprawie terminu dostawy. Mimo informacji na stronie, oraz wielokrotych zapewnień w mailach, że paczka będzie u mnie 19.12 - nie dotarła na czas i nie wiadomo kiedy przyjdzie. Nie otrzymałam też żadnej pomocy w dziale obsługi klienta - jak im już zapłacisz - to nic ich nie obchodzi. Nikt nic nie wie, nikt nic nie może. Nikt mnie nie poinformował o opóźnieniu mimo pytań i próśb z mojej strony.

Нам шкода, що ваша посилка досі не надійшла. За інформацією від Packeta, термін доставки пакету все ще знаходиться в межах стандартного часу доставки. Просимо вас проявити терпіння. Якщо ви вже не бажаєте отримати посилку і не заберете її, ми, звісно, повернемо вам кошти, як тільки вона повернеться до нас.

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Swimaholic. I returned a swimsuit in early July, and the courier confirmed it was received on 04.08, yet the company keeps lying that they never got it. For more than a month, they neither sent the replacement nor refunded my money, despite me paying extra for the return option. Every time I call, I get a new excuse. Dishonest and unprofessional company – I do not recommend!

Pomimo trudności z reklamacją ( co nie było winą firmy Swimaholic tylko przewoźnika dpd) wszystko przebiegło bardzo dobrze. Zarówno kontakt mailowy jak i telefoniczny na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Osoby pracujące w firmie Swimaholic od razu odpowiadają na maile i sami dzwonią aby omówić problem. I co najważniejsze mają ogromną cierpliwość do klientów. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Polecam :)

Passé une commande de trois articles, livré en temps et heure ! Seul bémol, j'ai demandé si les lunettes correctrices speedo étaient en négatif ou loupe et pas de réponse... résultat, j'ai une paire de lunettes de natation inutilisables, car en négatif... pas sérieux, on aurait pu transférer argent sur un autre achat !

Die Produkte sind ok. Leider ist vieles Made in China, was mich abstößt. Außerdem kommen die Artikel in Unmengen von Plastikverpackung an. Das muss heutzutage nicht mehr sein. Ich bestelle hier nichts mehr.
