Zero contact from company i tried to seitch to so emailed to cancel and still never heard back from either the utility company or the switch service

Gave me peace of mind. Easy to access services and stressless. User friendly. Very good service.

Overall service is amazing

Dreadful. I moved into a brand new building, and was bombarded with misleading texts and emails from them, suggesting I absolutely needed to use their service to connect my supply. This was not true, and they only showed one single supplier, the equally dodgy Rebel Energy. Overnight on the change date, I noticed my smart meter was absolutely through the roof. Like others have said, this seems like some kind of scam - and that Rebel keep being mentioned is damning of them, too. No smoke without fire.

Similar to some other people, we are having a very strange experience with them and it does feel like a scam. We went on their website and selected an energy supplier but a week later, no news from them or the supplier. Switch-it email adress does actually exist and there is no other way to contact them. We have just moved into our new place so this is really adding some extra stress to a process that they are supposed to make easier....
