We have had a great experience with Switch365.
Daniel Wiseman has helped our company deal with billing issues with our Energy Supplier, also it has been a straightforward process to renew our energy contracts. Thank you.

After being hounded daily and lied to by another utility company, it was refreshing to be contacted by Dean Perkes who was most helpful with renewing our gas and electricity contracts across our various sites. He kept us updated and dealt with everything. Renewing our utilities was far easier than usual!

I spoke with Megan who was really helpful and resolved the issue I was having. Thank you for everything.

We had an issue come up, but Megan Shaw was really kind and reassuring and sorted the matter out within a few hours. She's an absolute star. Really glad I called the support team. Thank you so much.

Switch 365 seamlessly moved me from SSE to a new supplier in September 2024 ,6 months later an idiot at SSE ( my old supplier) decided I owed the £560 and despite Switch 365 providing all the necessary information SSE racked it up to a debt collection level. After hours on the phone Switch 365 have found that SSE actually owe me 2 pence. SSE will now use their “ in house “ Ombudsman to find out who cocked up , I am waiting for an apology and 2p plus harassment compensation from SSE if they can find an operator with blood not wires in their brain .A big thank you guys at Switch 365 , above and beyond indeed.

Would rate this experience of dealing with this firm as most unsatisfactory. Hard selling and harassment. Pressured our church treasurer into taking out a contract for a length of time and with a supplier the church council would not have sanctioned. Ignored fact did have authority to do by manipulating the basis of a previous letter of authority under a different contract. Scandalous. For us bordering on fraud.

our contract for gas was agreed 12 months in advance of contract end date of 27 Oct 2025...in that time there was a change of manager and unfortunately with nothing registered online to 'tag' a future contract in place, a second contract was negotiated from April 2025. There is no issue with the rate agreed by Switch 365 but concern that there is nothing 'tagged' for other brokers to be aware that an agreed contract is in place

Dean at Switch365 was so unbelievably patient and helpful with helping me move over to new energy tariffs. No pushiness and really does try to get the best deals. I've used Switch 365 twice now and would definity use them again in the future.

Be careful with being tied in and them trapping you into rolling contracts

Dean is very helpful and efficient and has always managed to obtain the best deals & costs to suit our business needs. Would definitely recommend.

Sadly, Switch 365 talk a good game but fail to deliver on service. Agreed and signed a contract, which the supplier then stated they would not progress unless they received a letter from another partner in the business. I am authorised to make decisions and payments. So, when asked to confirm that the contract was then cancelled (as the supplier refused to progress) no response. Days of chasing and still no resolution.

Another company that wants sales at any cost. Recommend avoiding if you want the follow up service they ppromise.

Great service from the team from Dan and Shannon in particular, any issues we're resoled quickly and diligently.

we have been dealing with daniel wiseman since summer 2022. he is very polite patient person always give us a good deal. i have renewed contracts with him every year since 2022. and this year i am very happy to renew elec gas contracts with him on 22-4-2025

Jamie was so quick and knowledgeable. He assisted me in every way possible. He helped me two years ago and I will certainly return in another two years!
I will be recommending him to all churches within my area
