Very Pleased For Over A Decade
Have used them to supply our trading phone number since 2014 - being able to divert calls and open/close the lines has been phenomenally useful.
Rarely - if ever - have we had any issues and when necessary support has been quick and the staff proactive.

Needed a handset reconnecting to the…
Needed a handset reconnecting to the SwitchboardFREE VoIP service, contacted them to request the info needed. They provided the info but wouldn’t work on auto provision.
Zoe the proceeded to connect in to my network via AnyDesk and resolved the issue within about 30 minutes.
Thanks again for the excellent service.

Meh service and please avoid…
Meh service and please avoid subscription.
To cancel any subscription, they will say YOU NEED THREE months continuous subscription after cancellation to fully cancel the service saying its in a terms and condition you signed.

SwitchboardFREE operates on a 90-day initial term, followed by a 30-day rolling notice period, a standard structure in UK business telecoms agreements - although many of our competitors tie you in for 12-months, or even longer!
This is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, which every customer agrees to before activating their service.

A phone line is a critical piece of equipment and to place faith and trust in a company like this is a major red flag.
Try else where.
It also has to be noted their response is so slow, another indicator of a major red flag.
Deff try else where, there are at least 3 good ones in UK

The software seems to be good. Issues with support
The software seems to be good, but "Over featured". Can't get in hold of support services for a week: 2 chat requests and one call back request remain unanswered. Seems to be fully automatic system without a human on the other end

To clarify, your callback request was submitted at 11:12am on 8th Sept and actioned at 16:29 on 9th Sept, roughly 13 business hours later.
That said, we’ve identified a technical issue with offline chat requests not generating support tickets, which explains why your two chat requests went unanswered as they were submitted outside our working hours. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and our team has already fixed this.
