Ordered a transmission 1st of September finally received 1st of October. Transmission was defective. Had to spend $120 to have diagnostics done to please them. Received replacement transmission 1st of November. Had to send them the labor bill only for them to pay 1/2 of it. They are rude and try to screw everyone over. Still haven’t received my money yet.

I got scammed from them by not heeding other people's warnings here. I ordered a transmission, realized the company sucked after I placed the order so I immediately canceled within 1 business day to avoid the headache.

Nevertheless, they think they're entitled to keep 25% of the cost of the transmission for doing nothing! Avoid this s**t company at all costs!

If you got scammed too, options are that you can file a complaint with the BBB of Wisconsin, the DATCP of Wisconsin, and the CFPB. And don't forget about chargebacks too!

Everything everyone is saying on here with the bad reviews is 100% right, this company is a scam and they have dont nothing but take my money. This company never provided me with tracking or did follow up emails, every time I called they would transfer my call to basically nobody and I would have to call back. Run away from this company nightmare trying to get a transmission or engine from this place.

SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE- one thing is consistent with all these reviews- these guys send defective parts and take your money and then don't answer your calls when you want them to make good on it. They transfer calls from department to department which no one picks up and you get disconnected. It is October and I started this process July 28th. I am contacting Missouri's Dept of Consumer Protection and Attorney General on these crooks.

SCAM COMPANY... all seems legit until you make purchase..They will never ship your item...no response..0 stars.couldnt leave feedback without a star..SHOP ELSEWHERE....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...IM OUT $945..good luck

I ordered a transmission was sent the wrong so I spoke to some gave them the vin number and was still sent the wrong. I called to get refund and for them to pick up not one bit both transmission and no one returned any calls back. I will be filing a law suite and will also file a storage fee for the transmissions...so uncalled for...and bad business on there part.

They don’t deserve 1 Star I wish I would of read the reviews first. They sent me a broke transmission and basically ignore my emails and calls. Please do not spend your money with this company customer service sucks.

I ordered a transmission here back in May every time I call to ask for my transmission they tell me that I will get it next week ..is been months I haven't received my transmission..I asked for my money back ,now they won't answer my phone call.

THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I HAD TO DO SO TO WRITE A REVIEW .
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE . ME AND MY DAUGHTER GOT A TRANSMISSION FROM THEM FOR HER CAR . IT TAKES WELL OVER A MONTH TO GET THE TRANSMISSION SHIPPED OUT . THERE EXCUSE WAS THEY HAD TO TEST THE TRANSMISSION TO MAKE SURE IT WAS GOOD . THE SHOP PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN AND IT WAS BAD . WHEN SHE FILED FOR THE WARRANTY IT TAKES THEM 3 WEEKS TO GET BACK TO HER . THEN THEY TELL HER THAT THE WARRANTY WAS VOID BECAUSE IT HAD NO TRANS COOLER (WRONG THE SHOP PUT A BRAND NEW TRANS COOLER ON THE CAR WHEN THEY DID THE JOB) IT WAS JUST A WAY TO SCREW SOMEONE ELSE OVER . NOW MY DAUGHTERS OUT $3000 . JUST BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TRANS COOLER . THE SHOP GAVE HER A PRICE TO DO THE JOB AND LIKE PEOPLE SHOULD DO , THEY STUCK TO THERE WORD . SO THEY DIDN'T CHARGE HER FOR IT . WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AWAY , IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A CROOKED , DISHONEST COMPANY THIS IS THE PLACE TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO . BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING , UNLESS YOU GET LUCKY AND GET A GOOD TRANS THE FIRST TIME , DON'T TRUST THAT THEY TEST THEM EITHER . Terrible customer service. Bought one of their transmissions. I paid 1045.00 for it. I received it late and when it got there I returned it the same day because I couldn’t use it. Unfortunately I hadn’t noticed it was an automatic transmission. I made a mistake in ordering but the company decided to not just charge a stocking fee, they charged to ship it both ways. So from 1045.00 they want to return 297.00. When I called the company the manager was extremely rude. Don’t do business with this company. Go to a local shop, take your vehicle there and order it at the place. I don’t recommend a business that don’t try to work with its customers.

The "A Grade" transmission they sent me was filthy and badly rusted. Looked like it had been left out in a field exposed to the elements for years. Transmission burnt up inside. RUN away from this company in the other direction.

Please DO Not use these people — they do not pride themselves to be the best — or anything they say on their website. I got a transmission from them that after we put it in we found out it was bad and they did send another but not for 12 days . So a month after ordering the first transmission I finally have one that is good but broken electrical fittings on it. Then they only pay 1/2 of my labor bill for the second time it was put in . They never answered a phone message or emails sent to them ...... horrible service —- if I could put a negative star I would .

I too was scammed by this company - they sent Abad trans. and numerous calls are not returned emails not responded to. They are all too happy to take your money and run rather than even pretend to care. I'm now sadder & 1K poorer....

Absolutely do NOT purchase anything from this company!
We purchased a Tranny from them, it arrived and when we PAID a mechanic to install it, he realized it was a worthless, inoperable piece of crap!!! We called to get our money back. NOPE. We have been calling them for THREE MONTHS to get a replacement sent, which they promised they would do, and we are STILL WAITING. Every time we call to check on our replacement being shipped out, they give us YET ANOTHER excuse as to why it hasn't been shipped yet: Cant mail out cuz of holiday, cant send out cuz Shipping Dept system is down, cant ship out cuz Manager has to approve, cant ship out cuz PO# hasn't been assigned yet...blah blah blah. The ONLY thing they are good at is transferring phone calls to non-working voicemails and coming up with excuses as to WHY they haven't lived up to their end of the deal, and NOT returning phone calls. WE have called them SEVENTEEN TIMES to inquire about our replacement tranny and left msgs and been given the run around.....THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LOW LIFE, MONEY STEALING CROOKS!!!!!

I should have read the reviews before using these people. Same disgusting behavior: Bought a transmission; Shipped to home; third party shipped it; not on truck; not at dock; cant deliver to home; Gets delivered to nearby gas station; have to pick it up. Finally put in and the pump is bad (transmission repair and tester shop said so). Dealing with the warranty J erks is ridiculous. You have to have this, and that, and oh 25% fee for taking the piece of C rap back. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

These people are a rip off, read the reviews and believe it,bad customer servicie,there warranty supervisor is a b itch!Scott.They are rude and unprofessional,I'm $2200 into this transmission and still don't have a good one.

They are crooks. They screw you over and when you complain and want a refund they take 2 weeks and then toke 25% because they say it is your fault they sell you junk

I purchased a transmission for a 1993 Ford F-250. At least I thought I did, the one that was sent did not fit my vehicle. When I contacted them about this they said they would ship me The proper one immediately. After a week of contacting the shipping department I was told I had to talk to warranty again. I was then told just to change the tail shaft on my transmission and install it and it will fit. This is not true, and I bought a whole working transmission. It arrived not even on a pallet, it was filthy, and no torque converter was included as advertised. After many many attempts to contact the warranty department by phone and email to no avail, I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company..... Jim

I am giving this review to let others know how this place operates. You order you transmission or whatever and they lie to you about the time it ships. 1. Order 2. R&L transportation has a trailer there at all times (keep in mind 52’) and once the trailer is totally loaded it ships. 2. Fake tracking number is issued. 3. You get a call from the carrier asking to make an appointment for delivery the following day. Then all the sudden they say hold on I don’t see it on our dock. Then they say it was never on the truck. Then they say let me call the previous dock to see if they can find it. They come back with we don’t know where it is and we need to find it. You call swtransmissions and they say it appears to have shipped yesterday and should reach you by tomorrow. Now you are on fire at this point and right away they give up a couple direct number and when you call the slick (what rhymes with slick and begins with a P) tells you o hold a min and he hangs up on you. When you call back it goes to voice mail. All they have to do is be honest with us customers and all would be ok. This BS caused me to miss two days of work. I believe they are both in bed with each other and they give us the run around. I even called the police department to find out if this place exists and it does. I have he address as well.
