Sold me bad transmission didn't work. I spent $2,500.very bad people.

Purchased a used transmission from sw transmission company they warranted the product first day I received it my mechanics installed it when test driving they concluded the tyranny was not operating properly, we contact the company warranty dept told me theyed send out an invoice to return it right away have heard from them in 3 weeks , I've calle their office and was kept on hold recalled and same results , I'm feeling ignored, they not responding to emails , this company d pies not stand behind their product sw used transmissions

I was buying a transmition replacement for 2008 Nissan sentra and I got answered for samebody from Cancelation deparment, and when I was trying to cancelled my order he told me if I do my cancellation they should be charging 10% of the money a paid and I decided to dont go ahead with my cancellation , and tell him don'tdo it. After this I gave him indication to. Send my transmitition, But that person didn't care about what i said . And he proced to cancelled out my order without my authorization. And I lost 10% of $945.00 that was.$236.25. . I don't recomend do business with this company.

God I wish I'd have seen this before I P I S S E D away 1500 bucks on garbage. The first transmission arrived and had parts in the pan, I ask for a replacement and eventually was sent another piece of garbage. So I ask for a refund. After fighting with them for a month they refunded 330.00 of the 1500.00 I spent. After reading the reviews on here I think I should find d a class action lawyer to sue the company out of business.

This company has taught me that before you buy something on the internet you should check them out first. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. They take an your order knowing they will not ship it. Then when you cancel because of no product being sent or even a tracking number they charge a 25% restocking fee! The good news is they will eventually be out of business as more people read these reviews.

Okay first off don’t use these guys. They are the worst at every aspect of the order. They delivered the wrong transmission twice. Then they try to get you to pay for freight. Their customer service department is really good at putting you on hold. Once again this has been a 5 month ordeal and I’m out $700. All around the worst customer service in the world. What ever you do don’t order from this sh**hole of a company.

This place is a joke .Been told for two weeks that my order is ready for pick up just waiting on fed x to come get .I call fed x they don't know anything about a pick up . I'm cancelling my order and will not be paying a restocking fee because my credit card company works for me not them . I will be calling Monday and recording phone call as I have for the past two weeks . Don't buy from these scammer .

Horrible!
I was sent a TRASH Transmission, it looked like it had never been touched let alone tested, there was metal fragments throughout the entire unit, I had to have it diagnosed and another one sent which the shop had to take parts from the old one that were salvageable and put them in the 2nd one that was sent.It cost me $1261.60 to have it installed and I was only reimbursed $295. This company is TRASH! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I paid 1400 for a transmission had a bad valve body they would not honor warranty won't answer emails keep you on hold forever they sent my mechanic a text message and told him to tell me to stop calling them very unprofessional don't waist your time or money with them

This company is garbage. Jerkoff I spoke with hung up on me twice. I simply asked them to provide proof in an email by photo that the transmission had been pulled off the shelf and I’d gladly pay the restocking fee, that’s when this jerk said your paying the restocking fee regardless and hung up! What a jerk! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! PUT THESE THEIVES OUT OF BUSINESS, THEY ARE SCUM!

Invoice#327554 I read all of your reviews and was discouraged I'm happy with my transmission. I got it in a timely manner and as long as you follow the guidelines for the warranty, it turns out good. I'm not much of a grammatical writer so it is what it is. I'm totally cool with SW transmission. My transmission works as it should

Their customer service is terrible. They take forever to ship. Put it on the cheapest and slowest freight. They do not return calls or emails. My hands are tied. A month after purchase I'm still waiting for my transmission. I hope it's good but I'm expecting the transmission to have problems. I also got a second quote from sw transmissions and wow, they had another one with the exact same milage on it. Don't buy from them.you'll be sorry

Stay away! Please don’t use them! Warning!!!
I had to pay 25% of order that never shipped!!! $167 gone and they were rude to let me know not to bother them! I have never experienced such treatment of customers and I have worked in customer service my whole life.
My car was totalled and I emailed them before the transmission was even shipped and they told me I wouldn’t be charged until it was shipped! Wrong! They take your money right away! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I wish I would have read their bad reviews before.

I just bought a transmission yesterday. I called today to cancel my order. They’re charging $454 dollars to cancel my order on a $1,795 transmission. That has not left there shop. There saying restocking fee but how can they claim that on something still on there shelf? Scam

I cannot tell you how misleading these reviews on your website are...review board does not have ONE positive review. I bought a used transmission from SW transmissions and they shipped the wrong one. I contacted them and they were VERY nasty about it...I eventually got the guy to order me another tranny and asked him to email me the shipping info. Never got the info. After a week, I called them back and the VERY RUDE guy said it was not his dept., that I needed to contact shipping. I said " NO " .... I want to know if it was even shipped. HE said " JESUS CHRIST " and got on the computer and finally figured out that they never shipped the replacement tranny. He said " I'll ship one out on a rush...now good bye ". Rudest people I have ever dealt with. I have been renting a car, and now it will be a month longer that it was supposed to be. Cos me a fortune to do business with them.
Cannot get them to send new invoice and tracking info. Now I just called again yesterday, and the shipping dept. says the have no idea who I am or what I'm talking about....completely screwed me over....So I put a charge reversal in to my credit card company. They said this is not the first time dealing with SW transmission.
And DO NOT be fooled by trying to call Quality Used transmissions either....owned by the SAME ASSH---LE.

After receiving a faulty transmission they did not and have not responded to my email or phone messages .
they are CROOKS .

this company should not be in business at all I paid $795.00 for a ford mustang automatic transmission for my 1996 gt, they sent me a tranny for a ford f 150 witch will not work called them took pictures they sent me another one witch was the right one it had a hole in the pan no filter all bad gaskets cost me over a $1,000 dollars for my mechanic to install only to find out the transmission had no reverse,1st or 2nd gear only park and drive
very mad.. and it took almost 3 months to get here taking up shop realastate then they shipped me a 5 speed tranny the 3rd one my car is a automatic. I ended up taking my original tranny and had it totally rebuilt at a company in everette, WA cost me $975.00 now my car is running but I got 3 junk transmission from sw transmission and I am out over 3,000 dollars buyer BE AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE OF SW TRANSMISSION YOU WILL BE SCAMMED OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY . THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAUYER

This company is ridiculous..Ordered trans and specifically requested they check certain things..like the transmission solenoid body connector and they stated they never send out any trans with issues like that. Received trans and sure enough had that exact issue and looked like the trans came out of the bottom of a lake. I sent pictures and disputed my charges. They said they would pick up trans and that was 5 weeks ago.my mechanic is not a storage facility.
