Barry Simms completed my survey. He contacted me on the day of the survey to confirm he had completed it and to provide me with the headline issues. This was incredibly helpful.
He then provided me with a full and thorough report which I was able to share with my solicitor. If his report was not as strong I would not have been able to make my final decision about the property purchase as easily.
Highly recommend this company for surveys!

As first time buyers, the house - buying process can be overwhelming. Barry took time to call us prior to receiving the official report to talk us through some points in detail end made us feel at ease with any worries we had. Would definitely recommend to first time buyers!

Very friendly and transparent. I had to have 2 surveys done as the survey on the first property I considered showed significant damp. This meant I spent about £1000, but saved about £20,000! Right after the first survey, the surveyor called me to inform me about the findings ahead of sending me the full written report. The surveyor doing the 2nd survey also texted me so I would have his number, should I have any questions once I got the report.

Barry Simms the surveyer was excellent.He provided a professional detailed survey with any advice required with no bother. His work ethic is about the client and the property with no hidden agenda. Even a month after the survey he was only to happy to answer any questions i had and reassure me of any issues. I would definately recommend his services and use him again if ever needed 10/10.

They were prompt efficient and polite. Adam who did my survey contact me before and after survey, he answered my questions, address my concerns and was very polite, he also said if I had any further questions to contact him.

I can only recommend Barry Simms from Syderek who conducted a home survey ahead of my flat purchase. He made sure to call me to really understand my requirements ahead of undertaking the survey and took the time to call afterwards to discuss the results and give me recommendations on how to move forward with the finds from the survey.
