The survey was carried out promptly and I received a report the following day.

The surveyor, Barry, produced a detailed and comprehensive report, including photographs highlighting areas of concern.

The report was well structured and easy to understand.

Syderek provided an excellent professional, friendly and efficient service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Syderek were available on short notice, and the surveyor (Barry) completed the survey in a timely manner. The survey form itself was populated clearly, and several important issues (including a couple I missed) were documented textually and photographically. I requested a phone call with Barry to go through the results, which similarly happened quickly and was very worthwhile for a first time buyer like myself. Both the Syderek front office crew and the surveyor were a delight to deal with.

I am a first time buyer and through various channels ended up with Syderek performing a Level 2 survey. I requested one and was given the date and time it would happen. 5 days later I got the survey report and it has found some minor things I would have never noticed. As a first time buyer it picked up on things I wouldn't even have thought about so really helps getting my head around what potential work may be needed. Thanks!

We needed a Level 2 Survey for a property we were interested in buying and we have only praise for everyone in the company we interacted with, from the first contact to the explanation regarding the report. I had a RICS Survey Level 2 carried out on a leasehold property. I thought it fairly priced.
The survey was carried out promptly and report arrived in record time.
All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Excellent Service.

We received a thorough and helpful survey on a leasehold flat we are purchasing. The report was clearly structured and straightforward to interpret, with helpful images included. There was also a clear section of next steps and points to raise with our legal representative.

Great service, easy to use, very responsive and fairly priced.
I used them for a valuation on my property and then due to issues in my chain this expired.
I contacted Fiona to ask how much a new valuation would cost and the timescale for this and she advised me that they were able to do a letter for a 3 month extension free of charge!!
I received this letter less than 24hours after my request.
Initial valuation was done quickly and efficiently too. With no issues at all.

Do not let this company anywhere near your house. I had one of their surveyors visit my property (I live abroad so the house was empty). He was let in by the estate agent, I was unaware that he was even visiting my property, completed the survey then left leaving a door open/unlocked and leaving some of his tools there.

It was only by pure chance that my parents went to check on the house that evening and found the door open and someone's tools inside and had to get the estate agents to contact him to go back round and collect them.

Then we get onto the survey itself which was ridiculous, some of the comical parts of it were that the new owners may experience strange odours from a football pitch 100 yards away from the back of the garden and this may hamper the enjoyment of the property. The property is in very good condition for being almost 100 years old and empty for the last year, but his report has made it sound almost uninhabitable.

If this clown cant even remember to shut / lock the door and take his tools with him when he is visiting someone else's property, then I don't think you can take his opinion seriously.

I found this company to be very thorough in the detail included in their survey on the bungalow we are purchasing, the detail they go into was amazing, I never realised how much can be missed if you only go with the basic survey, I would certainly recommend this company to family, friends or anyone, my advice to you would be to pay the extra money and have peace of mind on the property you are purchasing.

Survey was arrange quickly and the report arrived faster than expected. Got a call from the surveyor beforehand to ask it there were any issues we were concerned about. My first reading of a survey report, so it terrified me, the surveyor spent a good, unhurried amount of time on the phone talking me through it which helped massively. About as good as it could be I suppose!

I was given a list of surveyors that I was to use and I am really pleased that I got to speak with Syderek. The appointment was set quickly and the entire process has been really fast which has offered us great peace of mind. David was friendly and professional and gave great advice and support throughout the entire process.
