So, far I have enjoyed your website. The ordering, payment and shipment part were very easy. I am now waiting to see if the product is as good.

Ordered a 3 piece suit, received the jacket only. They wont reply to emails.

Everything was rubbish. I ordered 2 dresses the worst I have Everything seen. Nothing to what I ordered. This is a scam site, please don't order. I paid about $20 to return and I got the rubbish back saying wrong address after 8 months. No money refunded. SCAM SITE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered dress it came different from the picture so I paid 15dollars to return it and suppose to pay me back my money but it’s been 5 months now never return my money it’s scam wibesite so please don’t order from them because you will loose your money

Ordered dress for wedding back June 7th. Still don’t have today 8/11. Ad stated 2-3 weeks for shipping. Wedding is 9/9. Getting really concerned.
I emailed them a few times and get same response each time - blah blah blah -delayed, they are sorry, will ship soon. Etc.
A “rip off” is my thought.
I may have to go shopping the first week of Sept hope I can find something that works and fits.
I am angry. If I don’t get my dress in right size I will be talking to my credit card company. Wish they would just tell me now if they can’t get me the dress in time.

Do not order from SYMESAE!! SCAM!!! Take your money, and send you what they want, not what you ordered. Again SCAM!! Reported them to consumers affairs and BBB. Please people don't order from this site...

I oder a pantsuit on July 7th it's August 9 I never received it I emailed them 3 times no reply I don't have a phone # for them

Please DO NOT order anything from this website they are scammers they take your money and you never receive your purchase then you can't get in contact with them this is the worse website I have order from I ordered 3 dresses and never got my money back or my dresses please don't be fooled.

I ordered a dress three weeks ago and still await to receive this dress, I just saw the same dress on an another website for quadruple the price I had paid for it. Never received an update from them and when I had emailed customer service or whoever, they just keep telling me to wait even though I told them to not even bother sending it anymore and wanted a refund, because the date that I needed the dress had passed. And whenever I tracked my order all it ever says is awaiting shipment! Lies, Lies and more Lies. Please do not buy from this company, they’re complete scammers.

Pésima y pauperrima la calidad de la prenda. Es deprimente lo que envían con respecto a.lo que ofrecen en la pag. de internet. Symesae.com es un total engaño y un robo lo que despachan no tiene nada que ver con lo que se paga
fraude total.
Lo q envían es una caricatura o un remedo de caricatura

Absolute scam; received a dress I ordered from this site ;it looked great on the site but now it has arrived I see why the price is so low; if I said it was a net curtain with a print on it I would be doing a net curtain an injustice; ABSOLUTE TRASH avoid this site 100%

I ordered 2 dresses in May 2023 and till now I didn’t receive anything and they don’t even answer my mails

I ordered 2 dresses and they sent me 1 rag type of clothing which even a beggar wouldn't wear and the other never come. When I asked for refund they told me the they can only pay me with 50% discount on the rag clothing and the other one that does not shipped 60%. This is ridicules! Till today I still waiting for their refund.

They are not honest people. They send different orders and try to make you pay for their mistakes.

Ordered outfit on 17 May 2023, paid extra for fast shipping, still nothing has arrived. I have emailed twice both times they said the product was very popular and it was causing delays. Very disappointed

mi è arrivato delle cose che non corrispondono all'ordine. gia mi avevano detto 5/7 giorni per la consegna ,dopo ci hanno aggiunto 15 giorni .mi hanno mandato un vestito di fodera con rifiniture che nemmeno un principiante fà. sono da denuncia.

Absolutely disgusting quality. I received a completely different garment than the one I ordered.
Very dishonest and misleading. I will NEVER order from them again.
