They sent me a fake dress instead of the real one and if I want all of my money back I have to pay to ship the dress to China.

Sent Wrong item, pants and top 2 different sizes, no vest as supposed to be. Offered me a 50 % refund and to keep items which there’s no way I can wear as I ordered X-Large and they sent pants that would fit a really slim person, top bigger and no vest. Definitely cannot recommend this place to anyone

I ordered from this site and never get the order, every time i contact them it was same issue that they will send the dress as soon as possible, I pay the dress the day i ordered it and nothing they don't want to return the money or to send the dress. Worst website ever, worst costumer service ever do not try to order!!!

Scam!!!!! Do NOT order anything from them. The order will never arrive and you will never see your money back! I places an order at the beginning of June and even paid for express shipping and it is still not arrived. They keep making up excuses. When asked for a refund they refused and even dared to say they'll charge me 15% processing fee!!

On Feb. 20th 2023 I bought a beautiful dress and got something totally different. I returned the dress and sent them several emails asking for a refund. I kept receiving automated responses. I never received my money. This company is a scam. Do not order anything from this place.

I ordered a lace dress, dark blue with jacket. I received a light grey lining with printed patterns on. I want even sleep in it! The worst service ever! DON’T EVER BUY from them again!

Bitte nicht kaufen - habe vor über 7 Wochen bestellt - auf mehrfache Anfrage wurde ein Teil geliefert ( bei der Passform darf die Frau max Körbchengröße A haben - was in Verbindung mit 5xl wohl eher selten ist ) das zweite Teil das geliefert wurde war nicht nur blau statt grün es war auch max 3xl statt 5 XL und zur Krönung wurde nur die Bluse geliefert Hose und Shirt fehlen ganz. Die 4 anderen bestellten Artikel sind bis heute nicht mal Versand und trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage sieht man sich nicht in der Lage die Bestellung zu stornieren. Desweiteren verweigert man die Annahme der Rücksendung wenn der Versender nicht die Zollunterlagen fälscht und eine viel zu geringe Summe eingibt😡

I ordered a beautiful taupe dress with beading and paid for it with my credit card. Firstly they took the payment four times and with the help of my credit card company I got three amounts back leaving one to pay for the dress. When the dress did arrive it was in a tiny envelope/package whe I took it out it was a washed out tiny sized I cannot really call it a dress. When I asked to return it my emails were answered by an automatic response and needless to say they never acknowledged my emails and also did not refund the money.

No instructions on how to do a return. Web site for returns is a spam account. Quality of item I received was really bad. Item I received was a two piece outfit in navy blue with no embellishments, I ordered a three piece outfit with sequins in dark purple. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

No se les ocurra comprarle nunca a esta empresa estafadora. Publicitan un vestido lindo de fiesta bordado y con pedrería y te envían una tela estampada que parece un camisón, que no se puede usar ni de camisón de dormir! SON UNOS ESTAFADORES!!! NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR!!!!

Arriva il primo completo dopo 1 mese con la canottiera mancante e davvero di pessima qualità...uno straccio completamente trasparente con le cuciture a vista ! Taglia sbagliata...peggio non si può. Capirò se sarà possibile avere i miei soldi indietro.76 euro buttati !!!

I received trash, the quality is too bad. Neither the quality nor the shape or style matches the pictures at all. I don't know how to describe, the material is similar to those cheap Halloween princess costumes, when it's supposed to be a Lace sequins solid color maxi dress. I wish I could upload pics to show you what I mean!

I ordered a [Chiffon Sequin Simple Temperament Wedding Mother-of-the-Bride Dress] on Mar 25, received a garbage two months after. The material is totally different. I couldn't even wear it as a PJ. I asked for return and refund. 100% refund but I have to send product back to original manufactory which is China in 30 days. The cost for send it back is over C$100, It takes 25 business days even with the express post. That means it won't meet the return requirement. I paid C$45 for the dress and C$16 for shipping. It is not worth to pay another $100 for $65 or I lost more for nothing.

It is the worst experience, I had never been robbed in this way, that page is a scam, I ordered 5 pieces for my mother after 3 weeks I received 5 pieces of garbage poorly made clothes, the worst fabric, it was a joke! I think I have to say goodbye to more than $200 dlls!!

Assolutamente pessima e da denuncia! Attendo un vestito ordinato il 3 maggio che sarebbe dovuto arrivare il 10, ho scritto di diverse email e mi continuano a inviare sempre la stessa risposta, cioè di avere pazienza,ma il vestito risulta sempre in attesa di spedizione.Ho chiesto il rimborso e vogliono addebitarmi altre spese! Truffa assoluta!
Ma come si possono denunciare, visto che non c'è nemmeno un recapito,e non si sa chi e dove sono?

They are a joke!!
First of all the I ordered 2 dresses only 1 came and it was the wrong dress!! The dress was cheapest fabric and doesn’t even resemble the item in the picture!! The 2 nd dress never came so I canceled it !! I wish I can post a picture but nowhere to post it in this site so it can prove my legit complaint!!
Never had received refunds for both dresses total of $80++ !!
Scammers!!
