FRIENDLY STAFF, EASY TO ARRANGE APPOINTMENT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE THROUGHOUT.

Really helpful, both the engineer and also the office team.

The original appointment had to be changed at the last minute as engineer was ill - these things happen... but I then had an afternoon slot (14h-17h) which was the only convenient time for company. Some indication if/when engineer is on the way would help. Mine arrived at 16h45 when I had almost given up hope and contacted Synergie who did not abd still have not replied! I find that rude.

I am absolutely delighted with the new boiler that Synergi fitted for me. The whole experience with this company was very positive and the guys that did the survey and the fitting were very professional, knowledgeable, tidy workers and very pleasant.
I would definitely recommend them.

I have always had a very good experience with Synergi. Their communication skills are very good; someone is always ready to help in the office and their engineers arrive on time and carry out jobs efficiently. I can recommend this company.

Just had Synergi fit a new heating system for my mother in laws property. Competitive quote, team friendly and the install team arrived bang on the time and date they booked! The installation was seamless the guys took pride in what they were doing and the system is working a treat. We didn’t feel sold too like some others and no pushy tactics so glad we used you, would highly recommend.

We bought a Worcester oil boiler from this regional firm and they arranged for it to be installed within a few days in a 'difficult' older property. We were most impressed by the knowledge, skill and care taken by all the employees of Synergi sw. and they were very impressive at every level and were meticulous in 'doing the housework' after themselves. They were very good at explaining everything to us and keeping us in the loop. On the first day of installation, they worked 8am - 8pm to get ahead of the game in case difficulties arose. The staff were informative, skilled communicative and friendly. They also offer 7 year guarantees which cover free parts and labour whilst under guarantee and also offer 24/7 emergency service at the end of a phone line. Wayne, Molly and the team installed our ASHP over a two week period. They were hard working, professional and took time to keep us posted on everything that was happening as we weren't always on site. On arrival we needed to finalise the position of the pump and the hot water tank and Wayne talked us through the various options to find the best solution. Wayne also noted that one of the radiators was going to look out of size in the room and worked out an alternative arrangement for us which was much better aesthetically.
At the end of the installation Wayne talked us through the entire system and explained how to set it up to work in the best way for our circumstances.
We would highly recommend this company as the whole process from start to finish has been excellent.

Initial visit was resolving a problem and no sales pressure. Once action agreed the installation of a new boiler was prompt and professionally managed from start to finish.
I have put annual servicing of the boiler in their hands and would recommend them. I am usually cynical!

Polite and prompt service clean tidy and very knowledgable giving me a better understanding of the user settings.
I will stay with them now annually

Fantastic company from survey to installation.Lewis and Ben arrived on time for the 5 days of the installation. The work is second to none and nothing was too much for them. They worked around us and disruption was kept to a minimum.The majority of the radiators were fitted on the first day and then the main pipework, which is in our loft, was installed neatly on a board so all important connections are easily accessible. Last but not least the electrician Jack,consulted us through the whole wiring up process and Justin, who checked everything at the finish and set up the system to our requirements. Then he explained the workings and settings to us.
All in all, a very good experience and all the tradesmen were a credit to your company. Thank you so much Jeff and Pauline Evans.

Synergi arrived last week to install new boiler and various other associated things. Jordan and Ryan did a fantastic job. Here on time every day and worked extremely hard. The boiler had to be moved from kitchen to airing cupboard, which made for a lot of work.Everything was cleaned up promptly and efficiently after. The electrician, also Jordan worked a long day on the last day to,pull all the electrics together. Great job boys!

The installation was fine . We had several problems during the first two weeks , when contacting the office staff for help all they were interested in was charging us call-out fees not our problems

Synergi recently fitted a retrofit underfloor heating system plus a new boiler and tank. From the first call and quote to the fitting and aftercare they were professional and responsive throughout. We felt completely supported and every stage was well explained and they were clean and tidy. I can't thank Tyler and the team enough for running such a well executed and major project on our home.

Amazing, had a boiler fitted and I cant fault service. The engineers Rob, Justin and Josh were brilliant.
