A friend recommended Synergy and Cameron has been awesome from the start helping me get setup and ready to work for them. The pay rate is the best by far and mileage is paid also, the shift's are offered to you in advance and Cameron is very responsive and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I've been working for Synergy Care for a few month's now and it's a breath of fresh air. Cameron is fantastic manager who is very easy going and a great support to his staff. I have worked in the care sector for 35 years within social and private companies including a wide variety of agencies, sadly many of whom treat you as a number , don’t listen and treat you differently if you can’t cover every shift they offer you. All of that changed when I answered an advert for Synergy Carers , how they worded their advert stood out as it was coming from a company who seemed to understand how carers should be treated. I spoke with Cameron who was professional , knowledgeable and had a real positive vibe about him. Cameron was happy and interested to listen to what I was looking for and agreed that you have to get a good work /life balance . Cameron accommodated all my requests , was easily contactable , returned emails and txts within a good time frame. The hourly rate is brilliant ! Holiday is accrued , mileage is paid , plenty of various care positions and so easy to say no if you don’t want to do that certain shift. Cameron and this company are a breath of fresh air, is passionate about how carers should be treated and paid , and yes weekly pay !!! There is no pressure like some other agencies who hound you !! This company is living in the real world of care, and realises how important to look after your employees.Cameron is truthful, dedicated and has a brilliant sense of humour !! If this is how you think a care agent should work get on the phone and give them a call !!

Good company. I have worked in care for over 13 years and this is definitely one of the better agencies out there. Great rates of pay, has always been available if I'm having issues and extremely supportive. Got working quickly, weekly pay +mileage is always a winner. Would recommend!
