Synergy Car Leasing レビュー

From my initial inquiry to delivery of my car I recieved a first class service from the team at Synergy, Nothing was too much trouble for Jonathan despite my many changes to spec etc, highly recomended.

Highly recommend synergy car leasing.
Really helpful team Chris Harper went above and beyond to get the deal over the line.
Many thanks again

This is the second consecutive vehicle we have leased via them. The company is a pleasure to deal with, David is professional and extremely helpful, and his knowledge and expertise on finding the right car and deal is amazing.

I’ve used Synergy, and specifically Craig, for two cars now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Craig recently helped my ex-girlfriend — now my wife — find a beautiful little Q3, and once again, he was fantastic from start to finish.

He genuinely can’t do enough for you, the deals are always great, and the communication and correspondence throughout are exemplary.

Wouldn’t hesitate to use Craig and Synergy again. Highly recommended.

We recently used Synergy Car Leasing to arrange a vehicle lease for our business and had a great experience throughout.

We dealt with Matt Hunt, who was extremely patient and helpful. The process was quite stop-start on our side and took place over almost a year, but Matt continued to provide us with different vehicle and pricing options, followed up regularly, and never applied any unnecessary pressure.

He also gave us good advice on the most suitable lease term based on servicing and overall costs. The final quote was very competitive and came in cheaper than the main dealer.

The finance and invoicing process was straightforward, communication and response times were excellent, and the car even arrived ahead of schedule.

Overall, very happy with the service from Synergy Car Leasing and would definitely recommend Matt and the team.

I would highly recommend not to use this company they are extremely unprofessional and lack any sort of customer service.

One of their employees accidentally copied me into an email sent to 3 other employees being highly disrespectful about me nothing was even done about it!

Breach of data protection, unprofessional and very arrogant

Due to the significance of this incident, it was in no way resolved to a satisfactory standard and had I had the choice I would not have continued with this lease and will never have any future dealings with synergy

Their services is very good

Everything was really good and Ellie kept in touch with us.
The thing that was not up to scratch was with the delivery which was a week late and when it did arrive I had to get it valeted.

Straight forward - less is more!

Very pleased with the service I received

Glyn and the team were brilliant from start to finish. Knowledgeable, responsiveness and pulled out all the stops to meet my requirements. Thank you guys!

I came across Synergy by chance and I’m so pleased that I did: they were the only company who could find what we needed.
Everyone I dealt with was so helpful; Danny Foster was outstanding - professional, friendly, and great communication throughout.
I’ve already recommended Synergy and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I have 'flirted' with other brokers but have stuck with Synergy as the price remains competitive and the service is exemplary (Jordan again has really communicated brilliantly).

I ordered a new car from Synergy and cannot fault the service. I dealt with Adam and he kept me informed of the progress and delivery throughout.

Would highly recommend using them for your next car lease, and it will be a company I come back to once my current car is up for renewal.

Everything went according to plan

Process was quick and easy, car arrived when agreed. Clear communication from quote to receiving car

From our initial enquiry to delivery of the vehicle, every stage was outlined to us and all our questions answered .The staff are a credit to the company and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used Synergy previously and would not use any other company for my cars. Ellie Tucker takes the stress out of the whole process. Great service from start to finish!
