Yes, it's nice to have a tabby because it's a help for the consumers to avail the items they desire but they have not enough budget but because of tabby they can enjoy it now and pay later.

Tabby card are being hacked
First of all, I have to say, I love how Tabby sends automatic reply messages. Especially when they are saying that NOBODY can hack the Tabby card and that all this people on Trust Pilot and other platforms are lying. They cards are being hacked, with or without OTP. They are doing nothing about it, but blaming the customers and saying that’s their problem because they compromised their phone. If that is true then bank insurance companies would be out of business. I hope my post will help to at least one person that Tabby Cards are being hacked. With or without OTP. Yes they are. Please don’t use Tabby, u can use TAMARA instead. They won’t help you, customer service and uneducated and rude. And everyone is writing the same. In 2025, thousands of people were victims of Tabby fraud.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service! I have been contacting them more than 10x, following up for a refund. I have provided all the proof they need but they don’t believe it. Been back n fort with NOON customer support and Tabby support for the refund, no one really helped me. I ask for manager multiple times, no one called. Since Dec 28 I have been waiting for the refund, Tabby is not adjusting the billing. I already paid 1st payment.
I am even paying 49dhs for their subscription every month and they treat me like this. So frustrating!!!!!
