Tabby one of the best app for payment all things easy to use thank you so much tabby team

Why this happened .i dont have any delay tabby payment .but why now i cannot oder anything fro tabby.when tabby is doing this.because i pay 2mounth ssettlement one time after block my account.can i know why still like this .if you didnt trusting customers why doing like this.because all off details from as with you.now all ready 5mounth done.all time training to oder something this happening.i all ways getting Shame on front of people .because there is not my mistake

Useless app , after having 3 years account and tabby plus non of payment are splitting,
Useless customer service telling same thing to de install ans re install

تابي بتعلن إنها لا تأخذ أي عمولة على تقسيم المبلغ على أقساط، لكن في الواقع، هذا غير صحيح. لدي إثبات على أنهم يأخذون عمولة. طريقة العمل عندهم كالتالي: إذا كان المبلغ مقسم على أربع أقساط، ولنفترض أنه 3000 درهم، بعد دفع الدفعة الأولى يتم تحويل كامل المبلغ للتاجر، ويُخصم منه رسوم تابي مباشرة من داخل التطبيق.الرسوم أو العمولة ليست معلنة بوضوح وتاخد في كل طلب نسبه معينه 10‎%‎و7‎%‎‎%15، وهذا يجعل المعلومة مضللة للمستهلك. من الأفضل أن توضح تابي بشكل صريح للمستخدمين أن:
إذا اشتريت بالسعر النقدي، السعر هو كذا.
إذا استخدمت خدمة تابي وتقسيم الأقساط، الرسوم الإضافية تكون كذا.
بهذا الشكل، المستخدم يكون واعي ويقدر يقرر بنفسه، لأن الشفافية في التعامل مهمة جداً
وغير صادقين في التعامل
اي عميل بعد يستخدم تابي يطلب الفاتوره من المتجر ومن تابي وتعرفون اني لا اكذب وتأبي ان ترسل اليكم لذلك عليكم بي رفع شكوي في حمايه المستهلك هو الذي يقدر ياخذ الفاتوره من تابي ومن المتجر والتي موضح فيها نسبه تابي

It's great opportunity for people who can't buy something for make wish fulfill. But with tabby people’s can buy & make fulfill their wishes.It's loving. Because people Can't effort something buy one time payment. But tabby make easy way to buy.give us plan for buy something with EMI

Tabby needs to update their terms and conditions. As I was a victim of fraud company, I have asked tabby to cancel the transaction, which they refused because they dont have the option to cancel. Asking the merchant to cancel the transaction made is also impossible. They have refused to cancel and also telling me that they do not have this option. It was so confusing and frustrating. Tabby should have other ways to protect their client. I will stop using their service now.

Its a scam
They tell you theyll split your bills and everything but in reality they will burden you with charges and interests
Definitely deleting this app!!!! I was forced to pay all my bills as they decided to split into two only as well as they deducted 65dhs fees!!!!

Good service

Be warned about outlets that are not linked with Tabby payments. If you do use your Tabby card, the amount will be deducted over splits in full, as per my experience. I got a call too late fromTabby customer service after making the full payments. Note:Past purchases that were split in 4 were paid in full and on a timely basis. Tabby, you have lost a customer by calling 15 + days too late! You did not help when I asked customer service time and again to split the upcoming bulk payments. My responsibility and my bad that I took up your service without reading the fine lines.
