Tabby has made things much easier for me by allowing purchases and travel expenses to be managed through installments instead of worrying about a one-time payment. It has helped me buy useful things comfortably, and the Tabby card has been especially convenient.

The only concern I have is that it’s not always clear which stores do not accept the Tabby card. Sometimes, when I try to use it, the payment shows as not accepted at that store. It would be helpful if the app clearly showed which stores support the card or highlighted those that don’t.

Apart from this, the overall experience has been very good and genuinely useful.

My Tabby account was hacked, and unauthorized transactions were made using my card.

However, I am extremely concerned about the response I received from the Tabby team. I was informed that they contacted the individual who carried out the fraudulent activity and asked him to remove my card details and to call me directly.

This is highly alarming. Why would Tabby contact a fraudster and request that he return the stolen money or contact me? How would this individual even have access to my contact details unless they were shared?

This raises serious concerns regarding:

The adequacy of Tabby’s security systems

Possible improper handling or sharing of my personal data

Potential negligence in protecting customer financial information

From my perspective, Tabby’s security controls appear to have failed completely, and their response has further compromised my confidence in the safety of my data.

I request a formal written explanation of:

How the breach occurred

What security measures were in place

Whether my personal data was shared with the unauthorized party

What immediate steps are being taken to compensate and protect me
