Non-existent customer service. Order not received and they are not replying to emails. Do not order from this company.
Ordered 7 items. 6 arrived with a scribbled note on dispatch slip to say one item will be refunded. 4 emails later and still no response and no refund. Wish Iâd read these reviews before ordering. BEWARE there is zero customer service.Iâve raised a credit card dispute.
Order placed early December, despite numerous emails sent I never received order and no response at all to emails. I commented on a Instagram page requesting contact which was liked but still nothing. Will never purchase from again and looks like this is a common issue.
Utterly awful customer service. Ordered on the 13th Dec 2015, paid for express delivery as it was a gift for a birthday on the 20th Dec, after several emails eventually I received a message back that was quite passive aggressive saying it had been sent out, no apologies.
I have literally received the package today and today's date is January 2nd 2016.
Will never buy this brand again, shame as it is a nice brand.
Terrible customer service, no apologies at all for delayed deliveries, just passive aggressive emails. They take your money and itâs almost as if youâre being difficult asking where the items are! Quite extraordinary! Itâs really put me off. Wouldnât buy again, but it seems as though they couldnât care less.
Been waiting a week and item still not dispatched! Contacted them and still nothing. Not the first time either. Some lovely items but their delivery times and customer service is shocking.
I expected more from this company, having previously purchased from TW, but after ordering a jumper and waiting a week for an email confirming despatch, I contacted them to chase it up. I was advised that it was out of stock. Had I not chased it up, I believe Iâd still be waiting. Do better TW if you want to keep your customer base!
Agree with all the bad reviews, sadly. Luckily I returned goods signed for. I had a feeling after I had returned them that TW would have tried to say they hadn't been returned. They took AGES acknowledging any emails after I had asked for the refund to be actioned (even though once I had purchased the goods they responded very quickly). If you do buy from them use Shopify as once I complained to them, TW responded immediately and the refund was given. Horrible customer service and I'll never buy anything from them again.
Terrible customer service, I have ordered a few times and eager to take your money but no reply to any query . Iâve sent several mails and messages and had no reply. Really terrible for customers because the items are expensive, so much on social media and sending items to celebrities to promote but terrible support for real paying customers. So dissatisfied and no telephone contact either. Itâs doesnât take a lot to reply to customer queries.
Still waiting for my refund
Jumper was great once it eventually arrived, (ordered on 15th August) but was just too short. I sadly sent it back and now almost two months later, am still waiting for my refund. I finally got confirmation last week that this was going to happen, but I am still waitingâŠ.. so overall a poor customer experience.
Very poor customer service. Unlike other retailers, TW take a very long time (6-8 weeks is quite normal for them) to send your order with little explanation or apology. I received a very poor quality product with a hole. They said to return it and they would reimburse the cost and postage. 3 months later and many many messages I am still waiting for the postage to be refunded. Itâs not a lot of money but itâs the principle! They are only interested in getting money in the door to keep the business (more like a lifestyle) going. Hence the delay in orders, like one big pyramid scheme!!!
I placed an order for a jumper on 21st May and I did note that the site stated my size was due into stock in 5 days so I did expect a slightly longer wait.
After 4 weeks I had not received the item or had any communication other than the order confirmation. I sent a few emails and it was on the third email that I did get a response on 14th June to advise that when they received the shipment, my size was not included and will be due the next week.
The next week came and went with no item received and no communication.
I was emailed again on 26th June with a response provided on 27th to advise my order was on its way.
I received the item today and the jumper is nice but the quality is not aligned to the price paid and I don't have confidence that this item will have a long life but we'll see. My score does reflect this and the poor service in fulfilling my order.
If I could give zero I would. I paid for an expensive knitted top in February 2024 and have never received it. I emailed TW at least 8 times. I was told it had been dispatched 3 times and returned twice - no tracking details were ever shared - 'because the courier couldn't deliver it' (absolute nonsense - the courier drivers know my house). I am in the middle of a time-consuming chargeback process that has gone to pre-arbitration as TW claimed the order was 'fulfilled' with no evidence. Don't waste your time or money.
Hi there I have ordered a bomber jacket (order number 6890) two weeks ago.. I have not heard anything back yet... I have not received a reply to my email asking where it is and not heard anything about delivery.. the jacket was in stock when I ordered it so I dont understand where it is? And more frustratingly you cannot be contacted by phone... and don't reply when I send an email.. the money was taken out of my account straight away but not received a thing...
