Auch meine zweite Bestellung verlief absolut reibungslos. Bestellt habe ich mir das wunderschöne Blatt in der groÃen AusfÃŒhrung ! Gestern dann, mein persönlicher GÀnsehaut Moment âŠ.
Ich hatte Göste eingeladen und dafÌr aufwendig gekocht.
Das Essen war gut - keine Frage - aber der Teller machte das Essen erst zu einem wahren Gaumen- und Augenschmaus.
Der Support - wenn benötigt - ist sofort erreichbar und hilft unkompliziert, unbÌrokratisch und absolut empathisch kundenorientiert.
Jeder Teller ist ein Unikat und am Tisch habe ich voller Euphorie von meiner Tellermanufaktur des Vertrauens âTableglowâ erzÀhlt.

VORSICHT BEI DIESER FIRMA
Leider eine grosse Katastrophe diese Firma. Erst musste ich monatelang auf die Lieferung warten, bin immer wieder vertröstet/hingehalten worden. Um dann auch noch unbrauchbare Ware zu erhalten. WÀre bis dahin gar nicht mal so schlimm gewesen, wenn wenigstens die RÃŒckabwicklung funktioniert hÀtte. Die Ware ist am 15.01.2026, also vor 10 Wochen als RÃŒcksendung dort eingegangen und bis heute keinerlei Erstattung seitens der Firma. Auch beim tableglow Kundenservice wird seit der RÃŒcksendung auf etliche Nachrichten nicht mehr geantwortet. Mein Urteil kann leider nur lauten: ÃUSSERSTE VORSICHT BEI DIESER FIRMA

Leider wurden nicht alle Teller vollstÀndig geliefert. Nachdem ich den Kundenservice telefonisch kontaktiert hatte, wurde mir zugesichert, dass ich eine E-Mail mit weiteren Informationen erhalten wÃŒrde â diese ist jedoch nie bei mir eingegangen.
Einige Tage spÀter wurden die fehlenden Teller zwar nachgeliefert, allerdings wies einer davon eine deutliche Farbabweichung auf. Weitere Versuche, den Kundenservice telefonisch zu erreichen, blieben erfolglos, und auch auf zwei E-Mails erhielt ich keine RÌckmeldung oder Lösungsvorschlag.
Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen werde ich von weiteren Bestellungen absehen. Schade â so stelle ich mir guten Kundenservice nicht vor.

I placed a simple order for 4 items that were listed as âin stockâ. No special requests, bells or whistles. The order was placed on January 27 of this year. After several emails to âsupportâ and a myriad of apologies the order finally arrived today February 21 2026. Of the 4 items I ordered, two items were correct. Two item were missing. The 4 items I ordered totaled $233. I get the feeling that I just got scammed out of this money. I sent an email today to âsupportâ. I have little hope of restitution or even a response. Another hollow apology would just make me angrier anyway. I would love to see what âMichelin starredâ restaurants do business with these incompetents. Guy Fieri maybe but anyone else no way. Stay tuned for their âresponseâ. If nothing else it will be comedic and entertaining.
Just came across this: I ordered the small volcanic rock dish from Tableglow for $95 (plus shipping of course). Check Walmartâs website. Search âJapanese Planet volcanic stone artistic dishâ. Look familiar? Oh wait, theirs is less than $25 plus free shipping. Canât be the same. Or can it? Walmart uses the same photos on their website as Tableglow. Hmmmmm. Interesting

From Walmart (Description copied and pasted directly from Walmartâs website). Just to compare to what I received from Tableglow. The Walmart item cost $23.80 and free shipping. Stay tuned for the result. If I can figure out how to post photos to trustpilot I will show you a side by side comparison. I suspect theyâre identical. Hopefully this will show Tableglow for the scam it is. Walmartâs product 1/4 of the price of Tableglowâs item, free shipping and no 3 week delivery wait. Should be interesting.
Further update: I just received the item I ordered from Walmart and lo and behold they are identical. Same measurements, same material same insert, even the same pattern of pockmarks on the dish. They are the same. Again, Walmartâs was $23.95 and free shipping whereas Tableglowâs was $95 plus shipping. I was refunded the entire purchase price of my order and told to keep the items I had received but that does nothing to soothe the feeling of being scammed. All you âMichelin Chefsâ should stay far away from this company and purchase your âhigh endâ tableware from a reputable US supplier.
