Excellent fast service.

Excellent fast service.
I ordered online. One item was a back order. I received a phone call shortly after ordering to let me know the back order item was unlikely to be back in stock. He took the time to describe similar items one of which I chose. That was yesterday and today I received my order! Fantastic.
