I've just had a call from tackleaddicts to let me know my order was packed and 2 items are not in stock so they called me to apologise and asked me if I want an alternative just for that ill be using this company more often thanks for the great customer service

Chair rod and reel

Used several times not accept clearway for those bigger purchases ring with substitute etc if not in stock also told me my new chair has to be back ordered may take 2 weeks however they got it to me in less then a week
