We have used Taggart on several occasions, their cars are always in very good condition, clean, their personnel friendly and always available. Taggart offers delivery and pick up at Prague airport, no queues at the rental car desk as Taggart’s assistant waits for you at the airport car park and provides the vehicle to you there and then. I had to cut my 40 day rental by few days and Taggart returned the unused days to my account within day or two. Would recommend this car rental company to anybody.

Perfect service, new cars!!

1) The person delivering the car contacted me requesting an earlier meeting time than the one we agreed upon. Unfortunately, I was unable to accommodate the last-minute change, causing unnecessary stress. 1st disapointment especially considering the delivery fee I paid.
2) Lack of proper maintenance - the car was not in an acceptable state of cleanliness. The interior windshield was so dirty that it significantly hampered my visibility, particularly when driving towards the sun. The car already had a few scratches and damages to the wheel's rims.
3) Upon returning the car, I was informed of a new scratch on the back wheel rim, allegedly caused by me. The company employee classified this 15 mm scratch as damage and charged me 2000 CZK for repairs. While I acknowledge the possibility of the scratch occurring during my rental period, its size leads me to believe it falls under the category of wear and tear, not a value-diminishing defect. Given the pre-existing scratches on the car, I find it suspicious that the company charges for such minor imperfections without actually repairing them beforehand. This practice feels disingenuous.

New, clean, reliable cars and friendly professional service. Repeat customer, highly recommended.
