TAG Watch Repairs レビュー 

Before writing this review I took the time to read through many of the other reviews for TAG Watch Repairs, and I can only echo them 100%.
Like others, I came across TAG from their ebay listing and I sent an enquiry through to them, initially regarding viability of repair to my TAG Kirium watch.
I had been quoted £845(!) by another well regarded watchmaker local to me in E Anglia, but that was just shy of the original purchase cost of a watch bought back in 2003.
Mark initially responded outlining what he could do for me re repairs; service; new battery and clean - quoted cost VAT inclusive £70!!
Sent watch to them - Alexis took over dealing with it. Excellent communication throughout. Received watch back in what I can only describe as approaching 'near Mint' condition. Totally happy with the outcome. Will definitely use TAG again for future servicing repairs - for some unknown reason I have 3 TAG watches, so I'll definitely have need of their service in future.
As a footnote, on my initial enquiry I also asked about a non-working Ladies Kirium, which I'd been told by the other watchmaker mentioned above was uneconomic for repair and fit only to be scrapped. Again, TAG did the business, repairing and refurbishing / servicing this watch for £240, giving me a potentially higher re-sale value.

What a fantastic service. TAG said they could not fix my watch as the crown was no longer available, but an independent watch repairer may be able to help.

I found TWR online, contacted them about the problem and they come back the same day with a price. Sent the watch off and it was returned in a week, all working perfectly. Cannot fault the service at all, always kept up to date with what was happening.

This was my first time using Tag Watch Repairs services and it will not be my last! They were amazing from start to finish, Communication from Mark and Alexis was spot on and repair was complete far quicker than anticipated. Very happy with everything thoroughly recommend!

Sent my Tag 500m diving watch to the guys at Tag watch repairs ,there service and communication was fantastic was shipped back to me looked like a new watch after a good clean and my new crown.

5***** Service from start to finish keep you up-to-date with what's happening very very pleased with my experience got my watch back with in a week will definitely be using them again in the future.

Great service at a good price, watch returned in excellent condition, with good communication throughout the process. Around about a five day turnaround for battery/seals/clean.

My Father-In-Law's Tag had stopped working. Local repairs were almost as much as the 2nd hand value (on a good day).

TAG watch repairs were almost half the price which made the repair / service a viable option.

Customer service was excellent throughout.

The repair, service and excellent external refurbishment was all carried out and watch returned in 1/4 of the time quoted elsewhere.

With service this good I would not go anywhere else!

Superb quality of service. The team answered all my queries in seconds and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I found this tag repair site on eBay and after offering details of my watch repair they gave me a full quote. I sent the watch off as stated, albeit I was bit concerned about the possibility it was a scam site - they did all the repairs, emailed confirmation when it was done and sent the watch back in a solid tidy box. The repair was done well and at a good price, a lot cheaper than other quotes I had.

After owning my TAG HEUER WA1214 since I was a teenager (1990ish), it was obviously well worn and has been kept in a drawer for 25 years. Upon contacting TWR they confirmed they could refurbish it so it was like new again so I can pass it down to my boy.

Unfortunately they were unable to get the original rubber black strap due to being discontinued, but they did source a new pale blue original strap as an alternative, keeping me updated throughout the refurbishment. 

My watch was returned in pristine new condition after having a new glass, new bezel, new strap, new battery, full service and an ultrasonic clean. Extremely happy with the service provided and would recommend this company to anyone requiring work on their treasured time piece.

I recently gave TWR my watch to repair a failed screw down crown, I sent it using a 24 hour service which meant they received it the following day. Alexis contacted me to reassure me they had received the watch and gave me a quotation for the repairs, I gave them the ok and within 3 weeks I was wearing my watch again fully repaired. The watch had been cleaned as part of the service and it looks better than it has in ages, I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again. Thanks

I found tag watch repair on eBay and soo pleased I did my watch was in much need of repair the service was excellent from sending my watch off and receiving it looking as good as new. They kept me updated via email regularly.

What an awesome company.
I sent them my Tagg Carrera, it needed a new crown, and on holiday I badly scratched it. I was gutted when it happened it’s my pride and joy. I exchanged a few emails and felt confident they could undertake the work.
I swear it looks like brand new.
Not a single mark on it. I was blown away tbh.
And the price was more than reasonable.
Quick turn around.
Wish there was 10*.
I’ll be back. But hopefully I won’t scratch it again 😖.
