Had an excellent experience with this company.
Took Tag Heuer in for service, job done was second to none. It was the first time I’ve used this company and will not be the last, communication turnaround time and pricing excellent.

An absolute no brainer! Phenomenal service and simply outstanding in every aspect!
Let me elaborate if it helps anyone still deciding.
For the past couple of years I’ve been undecided about getting my 10yr old TAG serviced. The £600 service fee by TAG and the 8wk+ wait was most definitely a contributing factor.
So, I finally decided to do some research and came across Watch Repair UK. I read all the amazing reviews. Saw they were a TAG authorised repair shop (Along with many other high end watch brands) and I thought I’d bite the bullet and go for it.

Bloody hell - I couldn’t be happier with the decision.

Mark (Head watchmaker) and Alexis (Service manager) were just brilliant from start to finish.
Flawless communication.
Courteous, friendly & very professional

AND - half the price and half the time compared to sending it to TAG directly.

My watch was collected with insured postage and fast tracked.
It was returned (again insured) and delivered back to me ONE day after they completed the service. The box it was returned in came with a little bag of the old parts and pieces they replaced, so I could see what was done.

My watch looks amazing and is next to new!

I don’t know how many more complimentary words I can write for these guys.

I assume they are a small professional outfit and I am more than happy to support them as you should if you are in need of a service/repair.

Just had my old faithful Tag watch repaired by Watch Repair UK and I’m more than happy with the results. Great to get my watch back working again, full service and repair and even repaired a small snag with my strap. Good communication throughout. Would definitely recommend .

This company contacted me very quickly after I sent them an email requesting information about their services. They sent a price list and asked about my watch I decided on what needed doing they confirmed they could do this again very quick. They arranged for my watch to be picked up by Royal Mail and messaged to say they received it. After they examined the watch told me what was wrong and gave a price they repaired my watch that now looks like new and I am very happy with it. I would highly recommend them.

Had my 2005 omega seamaster serviced and they included a replacement of my worn bezel spring as part of the service. What’s more, when I got it back, they’d given a light refurb to the bracelet and case at no additional charge! VERY impressed. You’re nervous sending it, but the service is excellent.

I was a little nervous about not going through a highstreet retailer for my watch service (TAG aquaracer) but the price from Watch Repair was so much more competitive. The communication throughout was excellent and I felt reassured along the way. There was also no hard sell for additional services and all price components were clear before any work was completed. Had my Tag F1 serviced including a battery replacement. The communication at all stages was excellent, the time taken was exactly as described and the watch returned looking like new. Highly recommended.

Sent them my nearly 19 year old TAG that was in need of a service and case/bracelet polish. Watch arrived this morning along with the old parts that needed replacement and is like a brand new watch. After finding this company online and having a live chat about the issues with my watch I was happy to send it to them for the repairs needed. The collection service was first rate and added to me trusting that my watch would be safe. Was update as to the progress of the repair and they were happy to answer my emails when I had questions. Watch was return within a day of the work being finished. I would highly recommend this company

First class service in every respect.

Great service. I wear my watch daily and work as carpenter so it had definitely seen better days. I originally put it in to get pin replaced but also got it refurbished while it was there. Im over the moon with the results looks like a brand new watch. I would highly recommend and I wouldnt take my watches anywhere else.

After taking my watch to a Tag shop, I was disappointed with the service I received. I only needed a buckle and battery replacement, but I was told the entire strap needed replacing and that the repair wouldn’t be cost-effective once the battery was replaced too. It felt more like they wanted me to buy a new watch.

As this watch was a sentimental gift, I decided to look elsewhere and found UK Watch Repair online. They immediately reassured me that they could replace just the buckle and battery and at a fraction of the price I’d been quoted by Tag.

Their communication throughout was excellent — they kept me updated every step of the way, and once the repair was complete, the watch was delivered back to me by first class, next day signed for delivery.

I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

Customer service is everything, and they delivered a truly fabulous all-round experience.

They fixed my recalcitrant Tag first time! After it had failed to be fixed elsewhere (including Tag) half a dozen times.

Communication was excellent, price good, and turned round quickly. I highly recommend, and will use them again.

Sent my Tag watch to these guys, but worried send in the post, but these guys kept me informed all the way, service and new battery and clean at a fantastic price, use them again you ask ? I purchased a used 7 year old Tag Carrera from Japan, which had probably never been serviced and which also had some slight scratching on the case side. Sent it off for the service, repair and polish and the returned watch looks absolutely brand new. Communication throughout was excellent and the timescale was considerably less than I have experienced with a similar company. All in all, highly recommended.

My 28 year old Tag Heuer SEL was in dire need of a cosmetic service. Worn bracelet falling apart, bezel devoid of gold plating, hands discoloured and vapour ingress. After several failed attempts to rejuvenate my 40th birthday gift, I was on the brink of retiring it until I stumbled over Watch Repair UK. An authorised TAG Heuer repairer, they sourced an original/genuine gold plate/steel replacement bracelet, arranged for the bezel to be replated and the numbering redone, and replaced the hands as well as fixing the degraded luminosity. It's almost a new watch !!!! Their customer service is first class with frequent updates and safe pickup & return.
