Oops! I meant bezel

I lost the bevel of my Tag Heuer professional which my wife bought me 28 years ago for my 60th birthday. I Contacted tag time,purely by chance. I dealt mainly with Alexis. What a choice I made. My watch was sympathetically restored and I am so so pleased with the result.Brilliant. Thank you again tagtime.

Excellent advice and service from Mark and Alexis, they serviced and refurbished my Carrera and it looks amazing and runs like a dream. I highly recommended Tag Time and refund using them again.

Excellent service, from insured collection to signed for delivery. I had my battery replaced and the mid-range service as my Tag was, I believe 😀, in pretty good condition and not in need of full service. I was very impressed with the whole experience, would recommend - and when I do need the full service I will use TAG Time again.

I cant fault the quality of service and combination from Tag Time,My watch was returned in a much better state than when i sent it, all cleaned and service with a new battery, the watch might be old but now more years left ahead of it thanks to Tag Time, thanks to all the team there.

Seals had gone on 4000 series watch and face had started to get condensation on it. Seals and battery replaced, dried, tested and the long gone red and green enamel re-painted(which official TAG had refused to do). Back in a fortnight, looking like new.

At a time when good service from companies is hard to find this company has delivered it in spades to my ultimate satisfaction. From initial quote and supplying regular updates to getting the repaired watch back to me today Alexis and the team could not have done more to satisfy me. They delivered an outstanding competitively priced exemplary service for which I unreservedly recommend to others.

I’ve had to put my Dad’s Indy 500 watch into numerous places for service work over the last 19 years and nothing comes close to this level of service. I must add, I’ve taken it into well known watch stores over the years and had nothing but bother.

Top service. When I last got my watched services by Tag it took 12 weeks and £350. TAG Time returned the watch in a week, £117 including postage. Watch like new, battery replaced, pressure tested. Don’t hesitate.

I am so thrilled with the repair Tag Time has just done on my vintage Tag Heuer. I wanted to give my old watch to my daughter for her 18th birthday but it was not working, had some water ingress and a damaged dial. This repair was very time dependent and some of the parts were impossibly hard to source in the UK but Alexis and Mark at Tag Time went the extra mile to make this happen. I have to say their customer focus is second to none and their communication is brilliant. Needless to say my watch is here for my daughter’s birthday tomorrow and looks amazing - slightly regretting giving it away!!! Thank you so much, Tag Time.

I chose TAG Time after seeing it recommended on a number of forums.

I received a superb service from initial contact and estimate to final delivery of my serviced watch.

I submitted my TAG Heuer 2000 automatic chronograph, which is approaching 30 years of age, for a full service and investigation of date wheel and crown problems.

I was kept fully advised of the work as it progressed, and the team were more than happy to answer any questions as the service progressed, even answering over a Bank Holiday weekend.

My watch was returned in outstanding condition, clean (but not fully restored, at my request), and with certificates for both accuracy and waterproof integrity.

A big thanks from me to Alexis and Mark, truly outstanding customer service and their work is very highly recommended indeed.
