Friendly, Helpful advice on life insurance

They found me a good insurance that suited me

Megan was excellent got me an amazing deal for my kids for cheaper and more money that what I was originally paying for highly recommended

Today I spoke with a lady on the phone about my life insurance very courteous and helpful. Explained everything really well when she wasn’t sure she was referred to a senior member of staff very happy with today’s outcome many thanks to? she knows who she is thanks again.

Helpful and friendly

I’m self employed person so when Maddie first contacted me after 15-20 mins I said I was busy and been to get back to work. We made about 4-5 different appointments as most self employed people things change with customers. But Maddie stuck with it and we finally got there and she set up my new policy. So thank you Maddie

Really poor, six months later I'm still waiting to go on risk.

Despite a nurses screen the insurer has now decided to ask for Doctor's report, not Tailored's fault but I've had to chase this and I've had very little communication from them.

And for the love of God, please don't call me "mate" three times in one sentence. Overly familiar and chummy, poor all round.
