Completed my first Tailster carer assignment. Loved it. The Tailster platform is easy to understand and user-friendly. The support team are on hand if you have any questions during the process, with quick response times.

Love this website, very helpful for starting your own business and getting clients. Indy in customer service is 10/10 highly recommend using this platform.

Recently i got in contact with one of your Staff member and they were very helpful in explaning the Issue. There response time was fast, from the person who helped me, there name is Indy.

I've had a positive experience as a pet sitter. Tailster has helped me to connect with pet owners and grow and build my business. I found Tailster easy to use and always receive payment without delay. I would recommend in using it.

I recently used this pet care service and overall had a positive experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. They took the time to understand my pet’s routine, dietary needs, and personality, which gave me peace of mind while I was away.

Communication was reliable—they provided regular updates, including photos, which I really appreciated. It made a big difference knowing my pet was comfortable and well looked after.

That said, there were a couple of minor issues. Scheduling wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped, and response times were occasionally slower than expected. While these weren’t major problems, improving in these areas would make the service even better.

Overall, I would recommend this company to other pet owners looking for dependable care. With a bit more consistency in communication and scheduling, they could easily be outstanding.

I joined as a pet sitter last week. I was invited to upgrade and being new to the site I inadvertently pressed the button. I have since been charged £40 and had no replies to my numerous emails requesting a refund. There's no contact number so I can't even resolve this that way. Very disappointed.

I haven't even completed my application and they took £9.99 from my account without my authorisation. Looked at their T+Cs and saw nothing about this amount being deducted. But I read once you start working they charge a £250 fee!! An unjustified and unreasonable amount when people are usually signing up for some extra work on the side of life. I had to delete my account as I couldn't remove my back card. Have emailed them but yet to hear back.

Didn't complete assessment after being asked to agree to pay £10 upfront. I didn't agree, immediately closed forms, and still received an invoice for £10... dodgy

It's been a great signing up process, easy to follow and all the information needed to assure us all that this is the platform of the future :)

Have been working as carer with Tailster, and have used other carers' services for my own pets through the service. Very responsive team of people, good vetting, and regular updates. Can recommend.

Absolutely love this company can find who needs sitting and can plan meet ipswich before I do the booking I get alot of regulars to. Indy was amazing she helped ne sort things out

Worked with them for 3 years, issues with communication but manageable until the last year: 2024. They just stopped paying me after jobs had been completed, meaning they owed me £1100 as it was several months worth of pay. They don’t answer the phone and stopped replying to emails. I can’t take them to court because they’ve dissolved as a company (and been bought by the owner’s cousin!!). Thieves and scammers. Go with Rover instead for your animals, they actually answer their emails.
