The customer service department with Talech has always been great. They are always very helpful.

Since Ya'll insisted so much for a review, here it is...
The person who signed me up at work said I could cancel anytime, but then realized I was in a contract and paid for years, and never used the services.
No one ever called to see why my account was inactive for the 5 years that I paid monthly fees and payments!
Never Again!

Already submitted my review last week it still not going to change.

Every time I have made contact with Talech customer service, I have received professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable assistance.

The system works well. Any time I have had an issue the tech support has been most helpful and patient with me. Make sure you have a good cable wifi connection.

Very poor payment system and complicated support. We may start talking with Square system.

Very helpful and friendly - easy phone call

Charging me double to add an app on another ipad is robbery. Thinking about switching to square.

I honestly really like talech, but I do think they have small bugs in their system that make things really a pain to work on. But..the service techs are very willing to help get things figured out and I feel they are committed to resolving customer issues.

Always work diligently for a solution, good follow up.

I tried for a long time to get my problem resolved then when I went to return merchandise I bought you said it was more than time allowed. You supposedly tried everything and to no avail. I am so disappointed, I was a long time customer and the first problem ended our relationship and nobody has even reached out to see why. Only a generated e mail....so sad

Huge inconsistencies in knowledge of customer service reps and "supervisors". Software updates initiate bizarre and frustrating bugs. On a separate issue, the online ordering platform, since roll out, has remained stagnant in it's relatively poor, beta-testing-style design.

Swapped pricing plans charged me for an upgraded service I didn’t know about for more than a year which added up to quite a lot. When I found out they really did nothing but took me back down in level but still higher than my had signed up for and I didn’t get all the money back

We keep having problems with the system...stops working in the middle of our busiest times during the day, and it takes sometimes an hour to get the problem fixed. I can't tell you how much money we've lost because we could't process credit cards because our system was down.

Great system. I’ve been using it for a year & 1/2 and it’s been great for my business. easy to use and staff get it right a way.
