The payout system is pretty straightforward and I appreciate how quick it is to generate an invoice I don’t need to jump back and forth and update my sheets.

The platform is quite simple and easy to navigate.
I appreciate not losing time when it comes to payment processes.

This company is a scam. I worked with Talentir for several months (from August 2025 till January) . At first everything went well.

Later, my channel was banned. Despite this, Talentir still received the money related to my activity, but I never received the payment I was owed. I contacted them several times to ask for an explanation and try to resolve the situation, but they completely stopped replying to me.

I find this behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. When a company works with creators for several months, the very least they should do is respect their financial commitments or, at a minimum, communicate clearly when there is a problem.

To this day, I still have not been paid and have received no response. My experience with Talentir has therefore been extremely negative. I strongly advise creators to be very careful before working with this company, because in my case, my payments were withheld without explanation, and all my messages were ignored.

We‘re an agency using Talentir to pay all our different influencers across all our marketing campaigns. We love it because the implementation with the Talentir team was super simple and now it saves us so much pain. Also great team to ping in case of questions.
