Absolute shocking customer service I would strongly recommended you don’t go with these guys as once you’ve payed they are not helpful at all and talk to you like absolute crap soon as they take your money they never update anything never help they are so unprofessional it’s beyond the joke stay well clear!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT HONOUR WHAT YOU PAID FOR.
I purchased a 12 month subscription in December 2024. Over the year the service expired 3 times and I was forced to contact customer service requesting they extend my service for the 12 months that I paid for.
Yesterday my service expired again, I contacted customer service who berrated me that I had 3 accounts rather than the 2 which I paid for (when I originally purchased they told me that they were giving me 3). The customer service representative refused to extend the service and pretty much told me that I was being dishonest for using 3 accounts rather than 2 to get lost. I've never experienced such customer service.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE COMPANY
Talktomytv is a great service. Paired with a good player it performs admirably. I can watch 1000's of channels on my phone, tv and pc. The bandwidth is generous.
The customer service is excellent. Any query I've had with them has been resolved promptly and courteously. Top marks there.
